住居價値類型과 住居滿足度와의 關係

국문 초록 (Abstract)

주거 환경의 물리적·사회적·심리적 특성은 주거에 대한 애착과 만족감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 주거에 내포된 의의가 House와 같은 공간적 측면에서 Home이라는 정서적·사회적 측면으로까지 확대됨에 따라 주거 만족도에 대한 연구도 변화 과정을 거쳐왔다. 만족이란 주관적 감정이자 일종의 태도로서 과거 및 현재의 삶과 활동에 대한 전반적 평가 외 미래의 상과 활동에 대한 전반적인 전망에 대한 긍정적인 정도이며, 생활의 질은 욕구 충족을 위한 가치 체계로서 주거 욕구충족에 대한 평가인 주거 만족도의 연구는 거주자의 가치(Value) 즉, 주거 가치 유형과의 관계 파악으로 의의를 갖는다.
본 연구는 문헌 자료를 바탕으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 빈도와 백분을, X^(2)-Test, F- Test로 자료처리를 하였다.
본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.
1. 주거 가치 유형에 영향을 미치는 환경 변인은 주택 유형, 주택 규모, 거주 가구수, 주택 설비 수준, 방수, 가족수, 가족 생활 주기, 주부의 교육 수준, 주부 취업 유무 등에 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다.
2. 현 주택의 만족하는 측면은 전반적으로 입지, 건강 및 안전성, 사회성 측면에 대한 주거 만족의 순위가 높았고 심미성, 지위 상징성, 경제성 측면에 대한 주거 만족의 순위가 낮았다.
3. 주거 가치 유형과 주거 만족도와의 9가지 유형 각각에서 모두 유의적으로 나타나 주거 만족도는 주거 가치 유형의 영향을 강력하게 받고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 주거 가치 유형 대부분이 입지, 내부, 교육 측면에 대한 주거 만족도가 높게 나타났다.
이상에서 볼 때, 인간의 기본 욕구 및 가치 체계가 우선적으로 규명되고 이를 바탕으로 주거 가치 유형에 영향을 미치는 주거 만족도에 대한 심층 연구가 요구되며, 주택 공간이 가족원의 최대 욕구충족을 위한 가정 생활의 장으로서 그 역할을 다하기 위하여 주거 만족의 복합적인 측면의 연구가 보완되어야 할 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was designed to investigate the housing satisfaction, as well as housing values style and to examine the relationships between housing values style and housing satisfaction degree as one of the housing problems in quality.
The following methods were used for this study :
The first thing was to examine closely the relationship in the view of housing value as value-oriantation which is the basis of estimation and whole variable affected establishment of the view of dwelling value.
The second thing was to examine closely the relationship among the housing value style, environment factors and the housing satisfaction of degree.
Some questionnaires were administrated 455 homemakers in Pusan area. It were selected out the subject of investigation and proportional stratified sampling.
The data were analyzed with the X^(2)-test and F-test and T-test grasp the co-relationship between the related variables.
The results of this study were as follows:
First, the envirenment valiable affected housing values were house style, house size, resident of family number, house level, the number of room, family member, family life cycle, homemakers education level, homemakers occupation.
Second, it was considered by the respondents that location, inner aspects, health and safety, education, society but not beauty, prestige, economy were not considered. The influences of the factors upon housing satisfaction were number of room, house level, the size of house, house style, family life cycle, incomes, homemakers education level, homemakers occupation, family number.
Third, the effect of housing value style on housing satisfaction were significant in all aspects.
