軍 士氣振作 方案에 關한 硏究 : 下士官을 中心으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The theme of this thesis is to investigate ＆ analyze living reality and identity of non-commissioned officer bridging role between officer and enlisted in the military structure and find better measure to elevate morale in the military.
The 2^(nd) Chapter concerns general research on the definition of morale ＆ special characteristics of military morale. The 3^(rd) chapter Comparatively analyzes foreign non-commissioned officer system living reality and specialities.
The 4^(th) chapter investigates ＆ analyze 12 morale measure ment factors non-Commissioned officer general living reality ＆ insecure factors for 1986 ＆ 1989 to seek problem ＆ better measure. The 5^(th) chapter develops judgement to solve problems based on investigation ＆ analysis.
The meaning of this thesis is indicating the problem -Seeking mind for non-Commissioned officers worsening trends although the Certainty of Research on living reality ＆ insecure factor is not definitely in place.
By the result of this thesis, Scientific research ＆ analysis is expected with emphasis on morale importance of the military structure by giving morale consisteration ＆ effort to noncommissioned office morale elevstion ＆ welfare.
