家庭環境, 性役割正體感, 成就動機와 職業抱負水準과의 關係

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 중학생들의 직업포부수준이 가정환경,성역할 정체감 및 성취동기와 어떻게 관련되는가를 규명하는 것으로 1)가정환경,성역할,정체감,성취동기 및 직업포부수준간의 관계를 분석하는 것이고, 2)이들 네개 변인간의 상호관계를 바탕으로 해서 변인간의 인과모형을 설정하는 데 있다.
이와 같은 연구목적에 따라 이론적 배경을 토대로 다음과 같은 연구모형과 가설이 제기되었다.

가설1: 가정환경과 직업포부수준 간에는 의의있는 상관관계가 있을 것이다.
가설2: 가정환경과 성역할 정체감 간에는 의의있는 상관관계가 있을 것이다.
가설3: 성역할 정체감과 직업포부수준은 의의있는 상관관계를 나타낼 것이다.
가설4: 직업포부수준과 성취동기는 의의있는 상관관계를 갖고 있을 것이다.
이상과 같은 연구모형과 연구가설을 검증하기 위하여 대전직할시내 중학교 2학년 학생 중 남,여 3개 학급씩을 무선표집하여 실험집단으로 257명을 선정하였다.본 연구의 측정도구는 가정환경검사,성역할정체감검사(Short Form BSRI),성취동기검사,직업포부수준검사 이었고,결과 및 해석을 위한 통계적 방법은 단순상관,중다회귀분석,부분상관 이었다.
가설검증결과는 아래와 같다.
1) 가정환경과 직업포부수준간에는 의의있는 상관관계가 있었다.
2) 가정환경과 성역할 정체감 간에는 의의있는 상관관계가 없었다.
3) 성역할 정체감과 직업포부수준 간에는 의의있는 상관관계가 있었다.
4) 직업포부수준과 성취동기 간에는 의의있는 상관관계가 있었다.
가설검증과 인과모형의 타당성 검증 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다.
1) 가정환경은 자녀의 성취동기에 영향을 준다.
2) 성역할 정체감은 성취동기에 영향을 준다.
3) 성취동기는 직업포부수준에 영향을 준다.
본 연구의 결과에 따라 다음과 같은 제언을 한다.
1) 연구대상을 달리하여 가정환경 요인을 종합적으로 채택하여 연구해 볼 필요가 있다.
2) 성취동기의 측정에 있어서 객관적 도구가 갖고 있는 한계를 극복할 수 있는 연구가 요청된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is one of the most important functions of any education system to develop the potential of each individual to the fullest extent of his or her powers, so that each individual can lead a happy and fulfilling life.
Currently, the Korean education system is dominated by the requirme-nts of the college Entrance Examination, which caters for the mass of students, but does not meet the needs of many individual students.
As a result, many students graduate from school without any clear idea of the occupation they would like to follow.
The choice of a career is very important because it determines the course of a student's future. It Is very Important, therefore, to dete- rmine which factors most affect one's choice of a career.
Currently, the known factors which correlate and effect one's choice of a career are self-concept, IQ, sex, and socio-economic level. The known factors effect one's career aspiration level are sex, age, socio-economic level, self-concept, and achievement motivation.
The purpose of this study is 1) to analyize relationship among home environments, sex role identity, achievement motivation, and career asp-iration level respectively : 2) to establish a causal model that con-sisting of these four basic factors.
The hypotheses tested in the study are as follows;
H.1: There would be significant correlation between home environments and career aspiration level .
H.2: There would be a significant correlation between hole environments and sex role identity.
H.3: There would be a significant correlation between sex role identity and career aspiration level.
H.4: There would be a significant correlation between achievement mot 1vation and career aspiration level.
The subjects selected for the present study were the student In the second grade from the middle school in TaeJon area. The number of the subjects are 257 students(male:126, female:131), which were collected randomly. The measurement instruments for carrying out this study were Home Environments Scale, sex Role Identity Scale(Short Form BSRI), Achievement Motivation Scale, and Career Aspiration Level Scale. The statistical methods were simple correlation, multiple regression ar1alysis and partial correlation.
The findings of this study were as follows;
1) There was a significant correlation between home environments and career aspiration level.
2) There was not a significant correlation between home environments and sex role Identity.
3) There was a significant correlation between sex role identity and career aspiration level.
4) There was a significant correlation between achievement motivation and career aspiration level.
The result of the validity testing of 8 08USal model was as follows;

The results of this study are 1) to alter the objects of the stu-dy, it is necessity to study the Home environments factor on the basis of selection synthetIca11y. 2) to need the study to over come the limitation of the objective instruments in measurement of the Achiev-ement Motivation.
