    The purpose of this paper is placed on the following items:
    First, to review theories of teacher student relationship:
    Second, to identify elementary students' perception on their relationship to teacher.
    Third, to investigate the effects of teacher-student relationship perceived by students on their school attainments in elementary school. Finally, to explore a set of suggestions to improve better teacher-student relationship in elementary school the basis of analysis on the findings of the study.
    The major findings of this study are as follows: First, regardless sex, elementary students in rural areas perceive more positively their teacher student relationship than those of on the city areas.
    Second, regardless sex, students' school attainments of upper group in their higher perception on teacher-student relationship are higher than that of lower group in both in rural and city.
    Finally, elementary school students' attainments are depended significantly on their perception on teacher-student relationship.This study concludes that considering the sighificant esscts of teacher-student relationship on their attainments in elementary school, it is very important to improve the teacher-student relationship.
    One way to remedy the deficiencies of present teacher-student relationship in elementary school, tis study proposes a set of qualitative suggestions which might serve as guidelines for all elementary school in up-grading the teacher-student relationship.
