Golf is asportrequirigthehighestmotorskill. It is a swing made by the complex motion of each part of the joints, such as ankle, knee, backbone, shoulder, and wrist.
This paper illustrates idealistic swing form of the first-rate professional golfers by the 3-D kinematics. The 3-D kinematics variables are analyzed with the negative film data taken in position of the testing golfers. The photosonic 1 pl, front and side high speed Camera is used.
The paper includes the introduction in chapter Ⅰ, the theorical background of golf swing in chapter Ⅱ, the study method in chapter Ⅲ, the result of the study in chapter Ⅳ, and the conclusion in chapter Ⅴ.
The conclusion of the analisis in 3-D kinematics of golf swing is as follows.
1. The everage time spent for each swing is 0.60sec, for backswing. 0.21sec for downswing, 0.22sec for follow-through.
2. The suitable uncocking is made at the position of the golfer's waist.
3. The maximum speed of the golf swing is at the position before two frames in impact and the speed of the left hand in impact decreases to half of the maximun speed of golf swing.
4. The average of the maximum angular velocity of each golf club is 41.92rad/sec. The angular velocity in impact is 36.56rad/sec.
5. In down swing, the movement of the fixed axises should be limited within 0.1m.
