韓國 民曆의 擇日 硏究 = A Study on the Choice of Korean Folk Calendar

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본고는 현재 시중에 출판되는 4개 출판사의 『민력』을 분석해서, 민력에 있는 택일 명칭의 원리와 역학적 원리를 알아보고, 『협길통의』를 위주로 『협기변방서』와 『천기대요｣를 함께 살펴서 현재 택일이론들의 근거와 관계성을 연구하고자 하였다.
사람들은 어떤 일을 앞두고 행하기 전에 좋은 날을 골라서 복을 받고자 한다. 이왕이면 운수가 좋은 날을 택하여 피흉추길의 목적으로 음양오행의 원리와 사주 등으로 선택 또는 택일하였다. 택일이란 吉凶한 날을 가리는 것이다.
擇日의 목적은 여러 가지가 있는데 用事라고도 하여 사안별로 宜와 忌를 구분하여 사용했고 그 흔적은 민력에 많이 있으며, 현재 사람들은 민력을 활용하여 택일하는데 참고하고 있다.
연구의 범위는 문헌 연구에 의하며, 택일서 중에서 특히, 『협길통의』를 위주로, 『천기대요』와 『협기변방서』를 참고하였고, 여러 출판사에서 발행한 신축년과 임인년의 민력과 『협길통의』와 상관성을 위주로 택일 관련하여 선행연구 및 각종 자료 등을 비교 분석하였다.
논문은 총 5장으로 구성하였는데, 제Ⅰ장은 서론으로서 연구의 배경과 목적, 선행연구 분석, 연구의 방법과 서술 범위를 제시하였다.
제Ⅱ장은 한국 민력의 형성 및 근거로서, 첫 번째로는 책력의 기본이론, 발달과 유입, 우리나라에 도입되어 사용된 것을 서술하였고, 두 번째에서는 택일서 개요로 민력의 근거 문헌으로 보이는 『천기대요』와 『협기변방서』와』 『협길통의』들 중에서 『협길통의』의 구성과 내용을 살폈으며, 세 번째에서는, 민력의 형성 및 민력과 擇日書에 있는 이사 택일이론을 비교하였고, 더불어 택일 명칭과 원리를 년과 월과 일로 나누어 서술하였다.
제Ⅲ장에서는, 첫 번째로 한국 민력의 현황으로 현행 출판되고 있는 민력들을 알아보았고, 두 번째에서는, 민력의 내용을 세 부분으로 나누어서 보았는데, 년신방위도는 年을 기준으로 月을 택일하는 것이고, 월은 月을 기준으로 日을 택일하는 것인데 1년 열두 달의 日 내용이고, 부록에서는 生氣福德과 九星學을 살펴보았고, 세 번째에서는, 민력의 활용으로, 月마다 하단에 있는 60일 동안 두 번의 丙申日의 用事, 宜忌, 吉凶 표현을 비교하고 用事와 관련으로는 『협길통의』의 내용을 바탕으로 御用 67事, 民用 37事, 通書選擇 60事를 비교했고, 용사 용어와 관련해서, 『협기변방서』와 『협길통의』에 있는 用事宜忌 중에서 일부만 용사의 의미와 의기를 서술하였으며, 宜忌와 관련해서는 『협길통의』에 있는 <의기등제표>를 분석하여 의기의 上中下 等級과 五行의 旺相休囚死와 관련성을 살펴보았다.
제Ⅳ장은 택일이론이 만들어진 원리를 파악하기 위하여 관련된 역학적 원리를 찾아서 서술하였는데 4가지로 분류하였다. 첫 번째는 팔괘 기반으로써 선천팔괘와 후천팔괘로 만들어진 택일이론이고, 두 번째로는 하도낙서 기반으로써 주로 구궁으로 만들어진 택일이론이고, 세 번째는 60갑자 기반으로써, 年六甲, 月六甲, 日六甲, 時六甲 등으로 만들어진 택일이론들이고, 네 번째는 천문 기반으로써, 사계절, 24절기, 북두칠성, 九星, 황도 등이 사용되어 만들어진 택일이론들이다.
제Ⅴ장은 결론인데, 민력의 이해와 택일의 역학적 원리를 종합적으로 논의하고 향후의 전망과 제언을 서술하고자 한다. 易學的 요소들의 결합을 보면, 낙서와 후천팔괘는 함께 쓰인 경우가 많고 적용된 곳도 거의 다 해당한다. 洛書九宮, 紫白九星, 六十甲子, 六位, 三合, 生氣福德, 24節氣, 納甲 등이 있는데 洛書九星은 많은 곳에 바탕 이론으로 쓰인 것을 알 수 있었다.
또한 택일이론들은 時, 日, 月, 年(歲)에 易學的 원리와 천문이론이 결합이 되어 만들어진 것을 알 수 있었고, 민력은 하루 日辰, 月, 年에 해야 할 일, 하지 말아야 할 일 등을 구분해 놓은 것을 볼 수 있었다.
택일은 吉과 凶(宜와 忌)을 五紀(歲, 月, 日, 星辰, 曆數)와 五方(東, 西, 南, 北, 中央)에 旺相休囚死를 고려하여 일(事)의 종류(성격, 목적)에 따라서 택일이론 중 알맞은 것을 정한 후에 때(日)를 선택하여 일(事)을 행하는 것이다.
여러 출판사에서 발행하는 민력들을 살펴보았더니, 六十甲子日의 九星이나 月의 하단에 있는 吉과 凶에 관한 내용 중에서 다른 내용들이 보이는데 출판사마다 지향하는 편집 방향과 오류들 때문에 그런 것으로 보인다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper attempted to study the basis and relationship of the current theories by analyzing the “folk calendar” of the four publishers currently published in the market, examining the principle of the name of Choose a day Taekil(擇日) and the study of Yeok(易) of Hyeopgiltongui(協吉通義) of Hyeopgibyeonbangseo(協紀辨方書) and Cheongidaeyo(天機大要).
People want to choose a good day and receive blessing(福) before doing something ahead of them. If possible, the Fortune(運數) chose a good day, and for the purpose of To avoid misfortune(避凶諏吉), he chose or chose the principle of the five eum陰 and the four ju柱. An alternative is to distinguish a Good or bad(吉凶) day.
There are many purposes of choosing, also called should宜 and avoid忌, and the traces are many in the folk calendar, and people now refer to it for choosing using the folk calendar.
The scope of the study is based on literary studies, and among the Choose a day date book[Taekilseo擇日書], especially Hyeopgiltongui, Cheongidaeyo and Hyeopgibyeonbangseo were referred to, and folklore of the year of Seongjin and the year of Yeoryeo published by various publishers. Focusing on the relationship between the calendar and Hyeopgiltongui, we compared and analyzed previous studies and many data related to the chosen day.
The thesis consisted of a total of 5 chapters, and Chapter I presented the background and purpose of the study, the analysis of previous studies, and the method and scope of the study as an introduction.
Chapter Ⅱ is the formation and basis of the Korean folk calendar. First, it describes the basic theory, development, introduction, and use of encyclopedia in Korea. The second chapter describes Choose a day date book as the basis for the folk calendar. Among the visible Cheongidaeyo天機大要, Hyeopgibyeonbangseo夾起邊方書, and Hyeopgiltongui協吉通義, the origin and contents of Hyeopgiltongui協吉通義 were examined, and in the third, the formation and content of the folk calendar Folk calendar and choice The theory of selection of directors in the book was compared, and the names and principles of selection were divided into years, months, and days.
In Chapter III, the current status of Korean folk calendar was examined for the first time, and in the second time, the contents of folk calendar were divided into three parts. The Location(位0 painting of the year is to choose a month based on the year, and the month is to choose a day based on the month, which is the content of 12 months per year, and in the appendix, we only looked at the study of sanggibokdeok生氣福德 and nine stars(九星). In the third, the use of folk calendar was used to compare the expressions of beongsin丙申, wugi宜忌, and Good or bad吉凶 twice for 60 days below every month. In relation to hyeopgil協吉, 67 events, 37 Civilian use events of royal use, and 60 events of General book selection選擇 were compared based on the contents of the of Hyeopgibyeonbangseo of Do's and Don'ts Ranking Table(宜忌登第表), only a part of the meaning and wugi宜忌 was described in the wugi宜忌 of Hyeopgiltongui and in relation to wugi宜忌, the meaning and Wang Xiangxiu was imprisoned to death(旺相休囚死) of shoul and avoidd(宜忌) was analyzed to examine the relationship between the upper Ranking等級 of shoul and avoidd(宜忌).
Chapter IV found and described related mechanical principles in order to understand the principles in which the theory of choice was created, and classified them into four categories. The first is the Taekil theory based on 八卦, which was made of pre- and post-enlightenment 八卦, the second is the Taekil theory based on the Hadonockseo河圖洛書, Luoshu Nine Palaces(洛書九宮), and the third is the Taekil theory based on sixty years(六十甲子), Sixty years of the month(月六甲) Sixty years a day(日六甲), Sixty years ago(時六甲), and ecliptic黃道, and four seasons(四季節), Twe nty-four solar terms(24 節氣), Big Dipper(北斗七星), nine stars(九星), and the eight trigrams(八卦).
Chapter V is the conclusion, and it was intended to comprehensively discuss the understanding of folk calendar and the yeok易 principle of Choose a day date, and to describe future prospects and suggestions. Looking at the combination of 結 of Yeok易 yoso要素, nockseo洛書 and the day after tomorrow eight trigrams後天八卦 are often used together, and almost all cases are applied to Be applicable適用. There are Nakseogugung洛書九宮, purple and white nine stars(紫白九星), sixty years六十甲子, Angry Ford(生氣福德), Twe nty-four solar terms(24節氣) basis theory in many places.
The chosen day is the nature of work, taking into account the life and death of the five times (year歲, the moon, the day, the star, and the year) and the five times (the east, the west, the south, the north, and the middle of the night). Depending on the task and purpose, choose the appropriate theory and then select a day to carry out the work.
After looking at the folk calendars published by various publishers, I saw differences in the contents about Good吉 and bad凶 under the 9 stars or 月 in the 6th birthday of the 6th child. I presume that this is due to the direction of editing and the verses pursued by each publisher. This happens.
