The results are summarized as follows.
1. Landvalue Index of the studying period from 1963 to 1980 is 24476.3 and rising rate of a year average in the same period shows 38.4%.
2. Two years showing the highest rising rate compared with the previous years are 1979 and 1969.
3. Compared the landvalue with various economic indicators within studying period we can find that any economic indicator dosen't come up to the land value.
4. Index of correlation between the landvalue of housing area and population in Daegu City shows 0.770, and that of between the landvalue and households shows 0.784.
5. Seeing the landvalue rising-rates against previous years, it is found that fluctuation of landvalue of Daegu City has showed sensible response in accordance with real estate prosperity of this country.
6. Distribution of the landvalue shows a general tendency that the landvalue of distant area from central part of the city goes down gradually as it gets far.
7. High value-rised housing area is north-east and east outskirts and high value-rised business area is east and west outskirts according to landvalue-rising rate in 1980 against 1963.
8. The highest-value business zone is distributed east and west to the east of Jungang-개 up to 1973 and from then on it gradually goes to the south from the center of the former district. We can see that the existence of department store influence the value-fluctuation of city land.
9. landvalue inclination gets lower from the center to outskirts and it shows steep in central area and slow in outskirts. On the contrary the landvalue-rising rate is low in center and high in outskirts. From this it is viewed that the value-width between central area and outskirts will become narrow by degrees.
