靑少年指導者의 實態 및 그 改善方案에 關한 硏究 : 忠淸北道 靑少年指導敎師를 中心으로

The youth Problems in our society are very serious, and so the necessity of its guidance is very well recognized to everybody these days.
One of effective ways of solving those problems is considered to bring up best leaders for the youth as many as possible.
In order to look for an ideal way of them, this study is emphasized on surveying realities of youth leaders and their improving measures in Chung Chong Buk Do region.
Following the Chapter I, introductory remarks, in the chapter II, the concept and quality of youth leaders, and the necessity of youth activity guidance are discussed in the respect of theory.
It has focused on the essential characters and ability of leaders at the former part, and the activity of guiding the youth at the latter. In the chapter III, questionaire survey has been performed with the teachers who were participating in the training programs and it is analysed the general characteristics, actual conditions of leaders for the youth activities and the workshop conditions of youth leaders.
In the Chapter IV, as the reform measures which has come from the problems in Chapter III, the youth guidance teachers and their training conditions are discussed along with other incidental matters.
In reality, we have to bring up youth leaders as many as possible and let them take in charge of youth education in order to upgrade the effectiveness of youth education in order to upgrade the effectiveness of youth guidance activities.
As we are forwarding to welfare society in the 21 century, Brining up the youth leaders is very urgently required.
It is also a common task of our government and society.
Under the result of this study, i'd like to suggest some advices in realation to the realities of youth leaders.
First, youth leaders have to be given chance to participate in training programs in domestic or overseas.
Second, government financial supports are required to execute youth leader training programs.
Third, it is necessary to adopt youth leader licence system.
Fourth, it is needed to establish some training institutes for youth leaders and let them be able to read many books and articles concerning with youth education.
Fifth, Efficient educational Programs and high quality lecturers are Prerequisite conditions in order to educate youth leaders.
Sixth, youth leaders have to participate in the policy making of youth education.
Seventh, social appreciation of youth leaders has to be enhanced so that they may be proud of their job.
Finally, I hope this study will be a useful basic material to those who are concerned with such field, moreover, and be a moment for evoluering social concerns of youth leaders.
