Policy suggestions regarding the results of this study as follows:
First, in the case of large-scale complex public rental housing where
lower-income tenants live(LCT), a supply policy that considers housing
characteristics and location improvement and social factors in necessary to
improve residential satisfaction.
Second, in order to improve residential satisfaction for higher income ‘MCT’
and ‘SMT’, a supply policy focusing on social factors rather than housing
characteristics improvement is required.
Additionally, in order to improve the residential satisfaction by solving the
social exclusion issue of large- sacle complex-type public rental housing, it is
necessary to continuously supply distributed public rental housing such as
‘PRH’, and to contrive policy support measures need
