자기성찰과 상담자발달의 관계 : 지혜와 역전이 관리능력의 순차적 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자기성찰과 상담자발달의 관계에서 지혜와 역전이 관리능력의 순차적 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 자기성찰과 상담자발달의 관계를 인간적 성숙 요인의 측면에서 세밀하게 이해하여 상담자 교육의 새로운 방향성을 제시하고, 개입 프로그램의 근거가 되는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 연구목적에 따라 설정한 연구문제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 자기성찰, 지혜, 역전이 관리능력, 상담자발달 간의 관계는 어떠한가? 둘째, 자기성찰과 상담자발달의 관계에서 지혜가 매개하는가? 셋째, 자기성찰과 상담자발달의 관계에서 역전이 관리능력이 매개하는가? 넷째, 자기성찰과 상담자발달의 관계에서 지혜와 역전이 관리능력이 순차적으로 매개하는가?
위와 같은 연구문제의 검증을 위해 3회기 이상의 상담경력을 가진 상담자 225명을 대상으로 자기성찰, 지혜, 역전이 관리능력, 상담자발달 척도를 사용하여 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 대상자들로부터 수집한 설문조사 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 각 측정도구의 신뢰도 분석, 주요 변인의 기술통계 및 상관분석을 실시하였으며, Hayes(2020)의 Process Macro(v3.5)의 model 6을 통한 분석으로 주요 변인의 순차적 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 자기성찰, 지혜, 역전이 관리능력, 상담자발달은 서로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 확인되었다. 둘째, 자기성찰과 상담자발달의 관계에서 지혜의 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 자기성찰과 상담자발달의 관계에서 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의하였다. 넷째, 자기성찰과 상담자발달의 관계에서 지혜와 역전이 관리능력의 순차적 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의하였다.
본 연구는 높은 자기성찰이 높은 상담자발달 수준으로 이행되는 과정에서 지혜와 역전이 관리능력의 순차적 매개효과를 확인하였다. 그 결과 상담자발달을 위한 교육 프로그램에서 상담자의 자기성찰을 증진하기 위한 다양한 개입을 시도할 때, 상담자의 지혜를 높이고 역전이 관리능력을 높이는 것에 초점을 두어 개입할 필요성을 제안하였다. 이와 함께 본 연구의 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의에 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study attempted to verify the sequential mediating effect of wisdom and countertransference management ability in the relationship between self-reflection and counselor development. Through this, the relationship between self-reflection and counselor development was to be understood in more detail in terms of human maturity, suggesting a new direction for counselor education, and to provide basic data that serves as the basis for the intervention program. The research questions set according to the
research purpose in this study are as follows.
First, what is the relationship between self-reflection, wisdom, reversal transfer management ability, and counselor development? Second, is wisdom mediated in the relationship between self-reflection and counselor development? Third, is the reversal transfer management ability mediated in the relationship between self-reflection and counselor development? Fourth, in the relationship between self-reflection and counselor development, are wisdom and reversal management ability sequentially mediated?
To verify the above research problems, an online survey was conducted on 225 counselors with three or more counseling experiences using self-reflection, wisdom, reversal transfer management ability, and counselor development scale. The survey data collected from the study subjects were analyzed for reliability of each measurement tool, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis of major variables using the SPSS 22.0 program, and model 6 of the Process Macro (v3.5) of Hayes (2020). The sequential mediating effect of major variables was verified through analysis.
The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between self-reflection, wisdom, reversal transfer management ability, and counselor development. Second, in the relationship between self-reflection and counselor development, the mediating effect of wisdom was not statistically significant. Third, the mediating effect of reverse metastasis management ability was statistically significant in the relationship between self-reflection and counselor development. Fourth, in the
relationship between self-reflection and counselor development, the sequential mediating effect of wisdom and reverse metastasis management ability was statistically significant.
This study confirmed the sequential mediating effect of wisdom and reversal transfer management ability in the process of transitioning high self-reflection to a high level of counselor development. As a result, when attempting various interventions to enhance the counselor's self-reflection in the education program for counselor development, the necessity to intervene
was suggested by focusing on enhancing the counselor's wisdom and enhancing the ability to manage reversal metastasis. In addition, suggestions for subsequent studies of this study were presented in the discussion.
