Drone can quickly generate orthoimages, DSMs(Digital Surface Models), and point clouds at low cost using structure from motion and various image processing methods, and research has therefore been conducted on surveying and analysis using drones in various fields, such as construction, environment, remote sensing, disaster monitoring, 3D modeling, digital photogrammetry and building information management. However, surveying of underground facilities has continued by traditional surveying methods due to environmental constraints. In this study, an underground facility map was generated using point clouds and orthogonal image acquired using drone, and its absolute and relative quality was evaluated; the map was also compared with one created using a network RTK(Real-Time Kinematic) survey method. Although there was a difference in absolute accuracy, the map was sufficiently accurate to replace the one generated by the network RTK survey method.
