체육계열대학생의 현장실습인식이 전공만족도와 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 체육계열 전공자들이 체육전문인이 되기 위한 관문으로 실천적 관문을 통해 전문가로서 사회에 진출 할 수 있는지 알아보고 현장실습과 전공만족도와의 관계를 규명하여 전공자들의 진로 선택에 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다.

연구대상은 부산광역시 전문대 및 4년제 대학 체육계열 대학생을 모집단으로 선정하고 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 부산대학교 IRB승인을 받은 조사도구인 설문지를 본 연구에 사용하였으며 이중 응답이 불성실하다고 판단되는 자료 28부를 제외한 172부를 본 연구의 최종자료로 활용을 하였다.
연구의 가설을 검정하기 위한 자료의 분석 방법은 IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 연구목적에 따라 분석하였고 인구통계학적 특성을 알아보기 위해 빈도분석을, 설문지의 타당도와 신뢰도를 알아보기 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 이용하였다. 신뢰도검증을 위해 Cronbach's α 값을 이용하였고 변인들 간 영향을 규명하기 위하여 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다.

첫 번째 연구가설 ‘체육계열대학생의 현장실습인식이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향’을 분석한 결과 전체적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그 결과를 세부적으로 살펴보면 체육계열대학생의 현장실습인식 하위변인 실습기관 적합성과 실습기관 프로그램만족, 실습기관 교육내용은 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
두 번째 연구가설 ‘체육계열대학생의 현장실습인식이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향’을 분석한 결과 전체적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 세부적으로 살펴보면 체육계열대학생의 현장실습인식 하위변인 실습기관 교육내용은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 실습기관 적합성과 실습기관 프로그램 만족은 진로결정수준에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 도출되었다.
세 번째 연구가설 ‘체육계열대학생의 전공만족도가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향’을 분석한 결과 전체적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보면 체육계열대학생의 전공만족도가 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 전공인식만족과 관계만족은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 도출되었다. 그러나 교과수업만족은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 학문적 측면과 체육계열대학생의 현장실습인식이 전공만족도와 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향의 실용적 측면에서 그 효율성이 높아질 것이다. 또한 체육계열대학생의 현장실습인식과 전공만족도 및 진로결정수준에 대한 다양한 연구방법과 분석이 계속해서 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out whether physical education majors can enter the society as an expert through practical gateways as a gateway to become a sports expert, and to determine whether it affects career choices of majors by examining the relationship between field practice and major satisfaction. There is this.

The research subjects were selected from the Busan Metropolitan City Junior College and 4-year college physical education college students as the population and collected data using the convenience sampling method. A questionnaire, an investigation tool that was approved by IRB approved by Pusan ​​National University, was used for this study, and 172 copies were used as the final data for this study, excluding 28 copies of which were considered to be unsuccessful.
The data analysis method to test the hypothesis of the study was analyzed according to the purpose of the study using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 statistical program, and the frequency analysis was used to examine demographic characteristics, and the exploration was conducted to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were used. Cronbach's α value was used for reliability verification, and multiple regression analysis was performed to investigate the effects between variables. The results are as follows.

As a result of analyzing the first research hypothesis, “the effect of physical education students' field perception on field satisfaction,” it was found to have a significant effect on the overall. When looking at the results in detail, it was found that physical education students' sub-variances on the field practice perception, the suitability of the training institution, the satisfaction of the training institution program, and the training contents of the training institution had an effect on major satisfaction.
As a result of analyzing the second research hypothesis, “The effect of physical education students' field perception of field practice on career decision level,” it was found that it had a significant effect on the overall. Looking at the results in detail, it was found that the educational contents of the training centers of sub-variables of field training perceptions of physical education students did not have a significant effect, and the suitability of the training institutions and satisfaction with the training institution programs were found to have a positive effect on the career decision level.
As a result of analyzing the third research hypothesis, “The effect of major satisfaction of physical education students on the career decision level,” it was found that it had a significant effect on the whole. In detail, it was found that major recognition and relationship satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on the effect of major satisfaction of physical education students on career decision level. However, subject satisfaction was not found to have a statistically significant effect..

The results obtained through this study will be more efficient in terms of academic and practical effects of the impact of physical education students' field perceptions on major satisfaction and career decision level. In addition, it is considered that various research methods and analysis on the field practice recognition, major satisfaction, and career decision level of physical education students should continue.
