With the arrival of the 4th industrial revolution, drones that can apply core technologies such as Internet of Things, Big Data, Sensors and Artificial Intelligence are becoming more important.
Not only is it possible to acquire data in difficult-to-obtain areas, but it is also possible to construct 3D spatial information and detect changes, etc. This being so, Demand is increasing in various fields such as property management, urban architecture, structure management, transportation, agriculture, confirming arboreal change.
For multispectral sensors, In the past, it was expensive equipment to install on satellites for high-resolution land observation. However, with recent advances in technology, low channel counts but lightweight equipment for drones has been built at an affordable price. as a result, multispectral sensors are being used in a variety of fields.
The essential element for successful use of drones is the accurate stereoscopic information of the analysis object region, In this study, using a drone equipped with multispectral sensors corrects geometric distortion and slope distortion such as height difference, slopingness. when general camera lens obtains stereoscopic information.
In order to minimize the error, images obtained by installing multispectral sensors and orthoimages corrected geometric displacement by ground control point survey are produced. Also, through systematic verification, the accuracy of the produced orthoimages are analyzed and evaluated, confirming the application potential for the constructed spatial information.
