불안정 성인애착과 자기은폐 : 자아존중감과 대인신뢰의 매개효과 = Insecure Adult Attachment and Self-Concealment : Mediating Effects of Self-Esteem and Interpersonal Trust

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 불안정 성인애착과 자기은폐의 직접경로와 자아존중감 및 타인신뢰가 매개하는 간접경로를 검증하였다. 이를 대학생 405명을 대상이 설문에 응답하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 자료를 분석하였다.
주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 불안정 성인애착, 자기은폐, 자아존중감, 대인신뢰는 유의미한 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 불안정 자아존중감은 불안정 성인애착과 자기은폐의 관계에서 매개하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대인신뢰는 불안정 성인애착과 자기은폐의 관계에서 유의미하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자아존중감과 대인신뢰는 불안정 성인애착과 자기은페를 순차적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 불안애착이 회피애착보다 대인신뢰를 매개로 하여 자기은폐에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 상담에서의 함의점 및 후속연구에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study was to explore the mediating role of self-esteem and interpersonal trust on the relationship between insecure adult attachment and self-concealment. 405 college students participated in the research and were asked to complete questionnaire including.
The results of the analyses are summarized as follows. First, insecure adult attachment, self-concealment, self-esteem, and interpersonal trust showed a significant correlation. Second, self-esteem did not mediate the relationship between insecure adult attachment and self-concealment. Third, interpersonal trust significantly mediated between insecure adult attachment and self-concealment. Fourth, self-esteem and interpersonal trust significantly sequentially mediated the relationship between unstable adult attachment and self-concealment. Finally, anxiety attachment was more influential on self-concealment through interpersonal trust than avoidance attachment. Based on the results of this study, implications for counseling and suggestions for the future research were discussed.
