성인초기 무형식학습활동이 평생학습태도에 미치는 영향 : 대구∙경북지역 4년제 대학생을 대상으로 = A Study of Influence of Informal Learning Activity in Early Adulthood on Lifelong Learning Attitude : Focusing on 4-year Undergraduates in Daegu·Gyeongbuk

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 성인초기의 무형식학습활동이 평생학습태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 실증적 검증을 연구목적으로 한다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 대구·경북지역 4년제 대학의 일반대학생을 대상으로 2019년 2월 넷째 주부터 3월 넷째 주까지 5주간 오프라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사대상자 표집을 위해서 단순무작위표집과 비율할당표집 방법을 활용하였으며, 최종적으로 4개 대학을 선정하여 표집규모를 정하였다. 그리고 자료수집의 수월성을 고려하여 해당 대학 교수학습센터의 학습법 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 대학생을 조사대상자로 선정하였다. 조사도구는 개인배경변수 및 주요변수에 해당하는 총25개 문항이 선정되었다. 설문지는 총 500부를 배포하여, 그 중 440부(회수율: 88%)를 회수하였으며, 이 중 응답이 불성실한 자료를 제외하고 총 428부(유효자료율: 85.6%)를 분석에 사용하였다. 수집한 자료의 분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0 한글버전 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계분석 및 상관관계분석, 타당도 및 신뢰도 분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 나타난 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 성인초기인 대학생의 무형식학습활동 수준이 높을수록 평생학습태도에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 무형식학습활동의 하위변수 중 평생학습태도에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 요인은 외부탐색인 것으로 분석되었다.
셋째, 성인초기인 대학생의 개인배경변수 중에서는 연령이 평생학습태도에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
이상의 분석결과를 토대로 성인초기에 해당하는 일반대학생의 무형식학습활동과 평생학습태도에 대한 논의와 시사점을 제공하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to empirically investigate influence of informal learning activity in early adulthood on lifelong learning attitude. To accomplish the purpose of the study, off-line survey was conducted on general undergraduates in 4-year universities in Daegu·Gyeongbuk for 5 weeks from the fourth week of February to the fourth week of March in 2019. The simple random sampling and quota sampling were used to gather participants and consequently, four universities were selected to determine sampling size. In addition, the undergraduates who took part in the learning program in the teaching and learning center in the universities were selected for easy data gathering. A total of 25 questions were made to verify personal background variables and major variables. Also, a total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and only 440 of them were collected (Rate of return: 88%). Except the inappropriate questionnaires, 428 questionnaires were used (Rate of effective data: 85.6%).
To analyze the collected data, SPSS 21.0 in Korean was used for descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis, validity & reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research results were as follows.
First, if the undergraduate’s informal learning activity level in early adulthood was higher, it’s more likely to have significantly positive impact on the lifelong learning attitude.
Second, it’s analyzed that external searching was a factor that most influenced the lifelong learning attitude among the sub-factors of the informal learning activity.
Third, the age was discovered to have significantly positive impact on the lifelong learning attitude among the personal background variables of the university students in early adulthood.
Based on the analysis results, this study suggested implications on general undergraduate’s informal learning activity and lifelong learning attitude in their early adulthood.
