The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of childhood teacher's playfulness and their play-teaching efficacy on their teaching creativity, and there upon, provide for some materials useful to enhance their core competence of teaching the children positively. Furthermore, this study analyzes the differences of childhood teacher’s playfulness, play teaching efficacy and teaching creativity depending on their demographic variables and thereby, provide for some basic data useful to the development of their teaching creativity enhancing programs in consideration of their demographic variables.

2) What is the relationship between childhood teacher playfulness, play-teaching efficacy, and teaching creativity of the childhood teacher's?
3) What is the effect of the childhood teacher's playfulness, play-teaching efficacy, on the teaching creativity?
This research was conducted with survey for 20 days from November 19, 2018 to December 3, 2018 for day care center and kindergarten teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Data were collected and analyzed.
At first, the tool of playfulness was developed by Glynn and Webster(1992), modified and supplemented by developed by Park Hyun-Sook
(2003). Next, the tool for measuring play-teaching efficacy was developed by Sin Eun-su, Yu yeoung-ui, Park hyeon-kyeong(2004). Finally, a tool to measure teaching creativity was developed by Cropley(2004), modified by Baek Young-Sook and Kim Hee-Tae(2008).
The collected data were subjected to reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, descriptive statistics, one-way multiple correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and Scheffe's post-test using the SPSS 24.0 statistical package. The conclusions of this study are as follows.
First, In terms of their general variables, it has been found that subjects’ playfulness does not differ depending on their age, academic background, career, types of the institution, marital status, religious status.
Secend, In terms of the differences of the efficacy of play teaching depending on their general variables, the older they are, the higher academic background they have, the longer their career is, the more religious they are, their play teaching efficacy is higher, However, their play teaching efficacy does not differ depending on the types of the institution they are working for or their marital status.
Third, In terms of their general variables, those aged 31~40 are most creative in teaching, followed by those aged 41 or older and those aged 21~30 in their order. Subjects’ academic background and career length are positively correlated with their teaching creativity. However, their teaching creativity does not differ significantly depending on their religious status, type of the children’s houses and marital status.
Fourth, there was a significant correlation between childhood teacher's playfulness, play-Teaching efficacy and teaching creativity. In particular, in terms of the sub-variables, subjects’ playfulness is positively correlated with their teaching creativity, and their play teaching efficacy is also positively correlated with their teaching creativity.
Fifth, in terms of the influence of subjects’ playfulness and play teaching efficacy over their teaching creativity, it has been found that such sub-variable of playfulness as cheerfulness and such sub-variable of the play teaching efficacy as belief in play teaching are major factors affecting subjects’ teaching creativity.
In this study, it was confirmed that the playfulness and play-Teaching efficacy of the childhood teachers were important variables affecting the teaching creativity. The results of this study suggest that it would require multi-faceted efforts to enhance childhood teacher's teaching creativity through their playfulness and play teaching efficacy. This study may be significant in that it has provided for some basic materials useful to the development of Childhood teacher's teaching creativity programs.
