대학생의 진로결정자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 : 낙관성의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생이 지각한 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 낙관성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 실시되었다. 이에 따른 연구 가설로는 첫째, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 둘째, 낙관성은 진로결정자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 유의미하게 매개할 것이다.
본 연구의 대상은 국내 대학생 319명에게 온라인을 통해 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 구조방정식을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 낙관성은 진로결정자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 유의미하게 매개하였다. 또한, 연구의 의의와 제한점 그리고 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediated effects of optimism in relation to the relationship between career determination self-efficiency and career preparation behavior that university students. The research hypotheses were as follows: First, career decision self-efficacy will affect career preparation behavior. Second, optimism will mediate the effect of career decision self-efficacy on career preparation behavior.
The subjects of this study were 319 university students in Korea who were surveyed online and the collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling.
The results of this study are as follows: First, career decision-making self-efficacy had a significant effect on career preparation behavior.
Second, optimism significantly mediated the effect of career decision-making self-efficacy on career preparation behavior. Also, the significance and limitations of the study and suggestions for follow-up studies were suggested.
