계량서지학적 접근을 통한 한중 IT 아웃소싱 비교연구: 저자서지결합분석을 중심으로

최근 빅데이터 등으로 인해 데이터 센터 수급에 대한 영향이 갈수록 커지고 있어 근래 IT 아웃소싱 시장은 학술계와 산업계에서 많은 주목을 받고 있으며 많은 학자들이 IT 아웃소싱에 대한 연구를 보고하고 있다. 이러한 문헌에 대한 연구를 수행하는 계량서지학(Bibliometrics)은 수학과 통계학 등 계량적 방법을 통하여 모든 지식캐리어를 정량적으로 분석하는 교차과학으로, 문헌의 속성을 통하여 문헌발표량, 상위저자, 핵심저널 등을 연구하며 현황을 평가하여 향후의 추세를 측정한다. 이를 통하여 학술적 성과를 연구하고 평가할 수 있으며 또한 특정 분야의 연구자들에게 관련된 문헌 정보를 제공하고 해당 분야에 진출하거나 연구방향을 선택하기 위하여 도움을 줄 수 있다. 계량서지학의 분석기법 중 하나인 저자서지결합분석은 문헌을 발표한 저자를 중심으로 분석하기 때문에 설정한 기간 내에 문헌을 발표하고 해당 분야의 연구를 진행하는 연구자와 주제 분야를 파악할 수 있다는 장점을 가진다.

이에 본 연구에서는 계량서지학적 분석기법과 저자서지결합분석을 활용하여 2017년까지의 한국과 중국의 IT 아웃소싱 연구들을 분석하여 연구자와 주제 분야를 파악하고 IT 아웃소싱 분야의 후속연구자들을 위한 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 전자학술데이터베이스인 한국의 NDSL과 중국의 CAJD를 통해 IT 아웃소싱 관련 문헌들을 수집하였으며, 문헌게재빈도 2회 이상인 저자들을 파악하고 저자서지결합분석을 통해 군집분석, 다차원척도법 등을 이용하여 연구자와 주제 분야를 파악할 수 있는 저자지도를 시각화하였다.

분석결과, 한국의 IT 아웃소싱에 관한 연구는 중국보다 일찍 출현하고 발전하였으며 한국의 연구는 이미 성숙기에 진입하였고 문헌 분포는 상대적으로 집중되어 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면 중국은 아직 발전기와 정체기 사이의 과도기에 처하고 있었으며 문헌 분포는 상대적으로 분산되어있는 상태였다.

저자서지결합분석을 이용해 한국과 중국 IT 아웃소싱 분야의 지적구조를 분석하고 군집별 저자 수와 저자지도상에서 나타낸 주제 분야를 확인한 결과, 최근에는 IT 아웃소싱 분야의 사회적, 기술적, 환경적 변화로 인해 IT 아웃소싱 관리, IT 아웃소싱 전략, IT 아웃소싱 의사결정, IT 아웃소싱 영향, IT 아웃소싱 위험성, IT 아웃소싱 지역과 산업에 대한 분야가 가장 핵심적으로 연구된 주제 분야로 볼 수 있었다.

A Comparative Study of IT Outsourcing Research in Korea and China on the Bibliometric Method: Based on Author Bibliographic Coupling Analysis

Recently, the impact of the data center supplying is increasing due to big-data and etc. The outsourcing market is being paid great attention to by academic and industrial sectors. Many scholars are pointed out that they are studying the IT outsourcing. The Bibliometrics is an inter discipline which offers quantitative analysis to all the carriers of knowledge by combining the mathematics, statistics and other measurement method. Through the attribute of the documents, it studies the publication volume. The authors and core journals to evaluate the situation and speculate on the future trend. It studies and evaluates the academic achievements through this method, and it provides connected document information to the researchers from certain field. It is also able to get into a certain field and gives help for research direction choice. Because the author bibliographic coupling analysis, one of the Bibliometric analysis skills, put the writers who have published thesis as a center to analyst, which is different from citation analysis, has the advantage of finding out the researchers who is working on the connected field and has already published the paper, even their subject areas in required time.

So this study used the Bibliometric analysis and author bibliographic coupling analysis to analyst the study of IT outsourcing in Korea and China by 2017 and find out the subject areas of the researcher which laid the foundation for future researcher in IT outsourcing area. For this reason, through the NDSL of Korea and CAJD of China, it collected the connected documents about IT outsourcing and found out the author whose work had been published more than twice. By author bibliographic coupling analysis to visualize the author map which could find out the researchers and subject areas.

The analysis result is shown that the study of IT outsourcing in Korea came out earlier and developed further than that of China. The study in Korea has already come to the mature period. By contrast, China remains at somewhere between developing period and bottleneck period. The distribution of documents is still in the dispersed state.

Also, after analyzing the intellectual structure of Korea and China’s IT outsourcing area by using author bibliographic coupling analysis, the result of group author quantity and subject areas in author map shows that because of focusing attention of the social and technical changes in IT outsourcing field, the management, strategy, decision, influence, risk, regional industry of IT outsourcing became the hot spot of the subject area.
