What aims to express and create beauty is often called art by us. As the hair art is a means of art medium, which delivers thoughts and ideas, it is the mode of expression in a new work that combined functionality and art in hair. Hair art, which can represent an artist's pure aesthetic value through freely using diverse materials, can be considered to be the creative design work.
This study reconstructed the image of the flat painting image three-dimensionally and formatively through having waste human hair as a material with a motif as women's image among the works by Picasso as the founder of cubism, and the best master in the 20th century who had produced works regardless of originality, technique and humor even in a change of medium and mode, and then made totally 7 pieces of the hair art works.
Work Ⅰ was used the poster paint in exotic wallpaper on the right side and was applied the waste human hair powder to the green wallpaper on the left side and to a woman's body. The woman's hair style was performed with pink and blue color, thereby having been directed three-dimensionally and formatively. The woman's costume was expressed the original work of oil painting three-dimensionally by using waste human hair.
Work Ⅱ was used the waste human hair powder in the woman's face and background and was produced belt and costume by having objet as the dried human hair, thereby having been directed three-dimensionally and formatively through attaching at a 45° angle. The round breast was hardened on the circular prosthesis and then was used a material as the waste human hair, which was cut and pasted roundly. The woman's hair style was expressed a lady's cuteness by making dress, thereby having been represented the plane oil painting three-dimensionally. Work Ⅲ was shown three-dimensionally by performing wave with the use of the long waste human hair in order to represent a feminine and beautiful woman. A woman's chaplet was made flowers and leaves using the waste human hair of having been glued with adhesive, thereby having been expressed plane oil painting three-dimensionally and formatively. The woman's clothing was directed by making a white blouse as objet. The woman's face and background were expressed texture and light & shade by using the waste human hair powder.
Work Ⅳ was produced cute image through braiding with dread by using colored thread and hair in the woman's hair style. The woman's breast was produced plane oil painting three-dimensionally and formatively by using the waste human hair of having been pasted on the circular prosthesis. The leaves and the woman's clothing were expressed three-dimensionally by making objet with the use of the waste human hair, which was glued with adhesive. The face and the background were used the waste human hair powder.

Work Ⅵ was shown a hair style in a woman like wandering about in a dream with a deep sleep by being performed with a zigzag iron, which reminds of alphabet Z. The woman's clothing was represented plane oil painting three-dimensionally by making the dried hair as object. The woman's face, arms, and background were used the waste human hair powder.
Work Ⅶ was expressed oil painting three-dimensionally and formatively by performing a hair up style through attaching hair with a glue gun to the plane as for a woman's hair style. Costume was produced by making the dried hair as object. The woman's breasts, face, body and background were expressed light and shade by using the waste human hair powder through being colored with the poster paint.
This study analyzed Picasso's works using a material as waste human hair and integrated the flat oil-painting work with the formative hair art, thereby having produced the three-dimensional and vivid works. The aim was to seek a direction available for sublimating it into social and cultural art as for a hair art work of having a material as waste human hair. The distinctiveness and diversity in hair art are considered to be likely to be greatly helpful even for being used as the exhibition and education materials henceforth with pursuing a method that people as well as beauticians can easily accept and then put to practical use.
