The purpose of this study was to examine the self leadership of hairdressers and to examine their influence on their beliefs, recognition of organizational support, and resilience, and to find ways for hairdressers to achieve resilience, which is the ability to overcome crisis or adversity to be.
The empirical survey was conducted on hairdressers in Seoul and Gyeonggi province, and finally 533 were used as final analysis data. The data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The results of the study are as follows.
