四柱命理와 疾病의 相關性 硏究 = A Study on the Interrelationship Research of Four-pillars & Disease

The paper was set to find out the interrelation between Saju-Myeongri and disease whether Saju-Myeongri suffering from various diseases had an obvious interrelation through the process of birth, aging, disease and death. To do so the paper made an approach of diseases for Saju-Myeongri and made a case study from various documents through YinYangWuxing, which composed Saju-Palja in order to know health and atmosphere during birth.
Saju-Palja consisted of YinYangWuxing, which indicated Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Venus and Mercury, the Five Elements including 10 Cheongan and 12 Jiji. The paper commented a disease caused by HapChungPaHae among the 12 Jiji and the Five Elements exceeded or overreacted or overheated by interaction among compositions such as Sinyak and Sinwang around Ilgan through interaction among each Element.
The paper investigated any interrelation between Saju and diseases in the classics for approaching of Saju-Myeongri about various deseases and any interrelation through many cases in the modern Myeongri. In 『Yeonhaejapyeong』, a disease occurred when the Five Elements of Palja Ganji in the discord of YinYangWuxing was born or dead or was damaged or exceeded or overreacted. In 『Sammyeongtonghwoi』, all human diseases were caused by the discord of the Five Elements, while in 『Myeongriyakeon』, all human diseases were caused by whether Ilju and Geokguk were harmonized or not. In 『Jeokcheonsu』, a man with the Five Elements harmonized suffered no disease during his or her entire life while In 『Myeongrisinron』, a disease was caused by whether Ilgan was Gangwang or Geokguk was pure or Heeyongsin was so or not.
The relation between Saju-Myeongri and a disease appeared in the relation between the Five Elements and the five viscera and six entrails of human body. Jupiter represented the liver, Mars represented the heart, Saturn represented the spleen and the stomach, Venus represented the lung and the large intestine and Mercury represented the kidney and the bladder. The Five Viscera was fully explained. The relation between the 22 Buho and the Viscera was described in details in order to comment an interrelation to cause diseases and then through case study the interrelation between diseases and Saju-Myeongri was objectified and supplemented for logicality.
As a result, first, reasons of various diseases were highly likely to happen from Taegwa, Bulgeup and Hanseup of the Five Elements of Saju-Myeongri. Second, it was highly likely to cause a disease when the composition of Saju dipersed from Jiji to Hyeongchungpahae. Third, it was highly likely to cause a disease when the composition of Saju was strict and now harmonized. Therefore it was thought that when the Five Elements of Saju-Myeongri was neutralized and the spirit flowed well, a man would be healthy, while the Five Elements of Saju-Myeongri was biased, a man would be likely to have a disease.
In general the paper concluded that expecting a disease through Saju-Myeongri would contribute to maintenance of personal health and prevention from economic and mental damage over the national society. It was necessary to study it continuously as it would have a large value for modern medical development.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 사주명리와 질병의 상관성을 규명하는 연구이며, 인간이 태어나 생로병사의 과정을 통해 각종 질병을 겪는 아픔이 타고난 사주팔자와 상관성이 있는지를 연구했다. 이를 위해 사주 명리를 통해 건강의 유무를 알고, 출생 시의 기운이 사람의 성격과 건강에 어떤 영향을 미칠까하는 점을 사주팔자를 구성하는 음양오행을 통해 질병에 대한 사주 명리학적 접근과 각종 문헌에서 조사된 사례 분석을 했다.
먼저 사주팔자는 음양오행, 즉 木, 火, 土, 金, 水라는 오행으로 구성된 10천간과 12지지로 구성 되어 있으며, 각 오행간의 상호 작용을 통해, 일간을 중심으로 한 신약, 신왕 등의 구성 요소간의 상호 작용으로 오행이 태과 하거나 불급 또는 지나치게 한습 하든지 아니면 지나치게 조열하든지를 통해서, 그리고 지지에서 합충파해로 인해서 질병이 발생한다는 관계를 논하였다.
또한 각종 질병에 대해 사주명리학적 접근함에 있어서 고전에서는 사주와 질병의 상관성을 어떻게 고찰했으며, 현대 명리에서는 각종 사례를 통해서 어떤 상관성을 가졌는지를 연구하였다. 먼저『연해자평』에서는 질병은 음양오행의 부조화 속에서 팔자 간지의 오행을 생하거나 극함으로써 오행이 심하게 손상 되거나 오행의 간지가 태왕하거나 불급하면 모두 질병이 된다고 하였다.『삼명통해』에서는 사람의 질병은 모두 오행의 불균형에서 기인한다고 보고 있고,『명리약언』에서는 일주와 격국이 중화를 이루었는가 이루지 못했는가를 보고 질병의 유무를 판단하였다. 또한『적천수』에서는 오행이 중화한 사람은 일생 질병이 없고 혈기가 어지러운 자는 평생 병이 많다고 했으며,『명리신론』에서는 일간이 강왕한지 격국이 순수한지 희용신이 유력한지 그렇지 못한지로 질병의 발생 여부를 판단하였다.
사주명리와 질병과의 관계는 사주 명리를 구성하는 오행과 인체의 오장 육부의 관계 속에서 나타나기 때문에, 木星은 간담, 火星은 심장, 土星은 비장과 위장, 金星은 폐와 대장을, 水星은 신장과 방광을 대표하기에 五臟의 기능을 충분히 설명하였다. 즉 22부호와 臟腑의 관계를 상세히 서술하여 질병 발생 상관성을 논하였다. 그리고 사례 분석을 통해 질병과 사주 명리의 상관성에 대해 객관화하고 논리성을 보완하고자 하였다.
그 결과 첫째는 각종 질병의 원인은 사주 명리에서 각 오행의 태과, 불급, 한습으로 인해서 발생할 개연성이 높았다. 둘째는 사주의 구성이 지지에서 형충파해로 흐트러질 때 질병 발생가능성이 높았다. 셋째는 사주 구성이 편고함으로서 중화를 이루지 못할 때에 질병 발생 개연성이 높았다. 그래서 사주 명조가 오행이 중화 되고 기세의 유통이 잘 되면 건강하고, 사주의 오행이 편음하거나 편양하면 질병에 잘 걸린다고 본다.
이를 종합해보면 사주 명리를 통해 질병을 예측함으로써 개인의 건강 유지뿐만 아니라 국가 사회 전반에 걸쳐 막대한 경제적, 정신적 손실을 예방하는데 기여한다고 본다. 이로서 현대 의학발전에도 상당한 가치가 있어 앞으로 끊임없는 연구가 필요한 분야라고 생각된다.
