1. This study constructs the contents of education activity for interaction empowerment of infancy and early childhood father using TREASURE Talk coaching model.

The research questions were carried out by the following method.
Firstly, this study selected toy and constructed script through 3 times expert validity by 3 experts with a master or more than of childwelfare and TRESURE Talk FT in sookmyung play coaching study group made up of coaching expert. 6 video files were produced by 3 video files for infancy and 3 video files for early childhood, 3-minute video of TRE process, 2-minute video of AS process, 3-minute video of URE process, using selected toy and constructed script to construct the education activity of interaction for infancy and early childhood father.
Secondly, each group of 24 infancy fathers and 24 early childhood fathers was divided into the experimental group and the control group. this study conducted the pre-test using CICAIO(Coaching Inventory Child-Adult Interaction Through Observation) after homogeneity check of interaction level and carried out an educational activity workshop for interaction empowerment for infancy and early childhood Father.
After Two weeks, spending the 21st days after the workshop, in the same way as the pre-test, this study conducted the post-test using CICAIO(Coaching Inventory Child-Adult Interaction Through Observation), carried out independent sample t-test, and verified post-test effect on the experimental group and the control group, each group of infancy fathers and early childhood fathers.
In the result of the study, it showed the infancy fathers on the experimental group the meaningful effect for all the interaction area and 2 items, Tracking and Reflecting. It showed the early childhood fathers on the experimental group the meaningful effect for all the interaction area and 4 items, Reflecting, Encouraging, Reminding, Enjoying. The education activity for empowerment using TREASURE Talk coaching model are meaningful by presenting an effective coaching conversation model for infancy and early childhood father.
