시설 요양보호사와 재가 요양보호사의 직무수행도와 교육요구도 비교

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 시설 요양보호사와 재가 요양보호사의 직무수행도와 교육요구도를 파악하고, 두 집단의 직무수행도 및 교육요구도를 비교 분석한 후 효율적인 요양보호사 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행하였다.
본 연구의 대상자는 경기도 지역의 시설 장기요양기관 4개소에 근무하는 시설 요양보호사 76명과 재가 장기요양기관 6개소에 근무하는 재가 요양보호사 74명으로 총 150명이며, 연구자가 선행문헌을 참고하여 6인의 전문가에게 내용타당도를 검증하여 구성한 설문지를 중앙대학교 생명윤리위원회의 승인을 받은 후 연구대상자에게 배포하여 자가보고 방식으로 작성한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 22.0 program을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 독립표본 t-test, one-way ANOVA, Tukey검정으로 분석하였다. 상관관계분석은 Pearson's correlation coefficient를 사용하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 일반적 특성에 따른 시설 요양보호사와 재가 요양보호사의 일반적 특성을 비교한 결과 종교, 계약형태, 근무형태, 1일 돌봄 인원, 평균급여 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다.
둘째, 시설 요양보호사와 재가 요양보호사의 직무수행도와 교육요구도 수준을 살펴본 결과 직무수행도의 경우 두 집단 간 신체지원영역, 정서지원영역, 표준업무 외 기타업무, 응급처치, 전체 직무수행도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 교육요구도는 두 집단간 신체지원영역, 응급처치, 전체 교육요구도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.
셋째, 시설 요양보호사의 일반적 특성에 따른 직무수행도와 교육요구도의 차이를 비교한 결과 직무수행도의 경우 근무형태에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며 교육요구도의 경우 배우자유무에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.
넷째, 재가 요양보호사의 일반적 특성에 따른 직무수행도와 교육요구도의 차이를 비교한 결과 직무수행도의 경우 성별, 계약형태, 교육기관에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으나 교육요구도의 경우 계약형태에서만 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.
다섯째, 시설 요양보호사와 재가 요양보호사의 직무수행도와 교육요구도의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 시설 요양보호사는 직무수행도와 교육요구도의 정적 상관관계를 나타내었으나, 재가 요양보호사는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다.
본 연구의 결과를 토대로 시설 및 재가 요양보호사의 직무범위를 재구성하고, 직무수행도에 따른 교육요구도의 차이를 반영하여 차별화된 교육내용과 교육시간의 재분을 통한 시설과 재가 요양보호사의 효율적인 직무교육 프로그램의 개발을 제언한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

On this study, task performance and educational needs of the care workers at long-term and home care service centers grasp, and performed for providing a basic data for developed effective care worker’s education programs after comparative analysis on task performance and educational needs.
The targets of the study are 76 care workers at Gyeonggi Province region's 4 long-term care service centers and 74 care workers at 6 home care service centers, and a questionnaire, researcher consisted the questionnaire, content validity of assessments from experts of six members and then receiving the acceptance CHUNG-ANG UNIVERSITY Bioethics Committee, by reference to the preceding research, collected the data by self-reported methods after distributed study targets. The frequency and percentages, mean and standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Tukey examination was analyzed by SPSS WIN 22.0 program based on collected data. Correlation analysis was used by Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
The results of this study are as follows.
First, religion, contract type, employment type, one day care person, and the average payment factor are showed a statistically meaningful differences by the result of comparison of general attributes of care workers at long-term and home care service centers.
Second, when researcher looked at the level of task performance and educational needs of the care workers at long-term and home care service centers, in case of task performance, physical support area, emotional support area, other duty except standard duty, first aid, and the whole task performance are showed a statistically meaningful differences between the two groups. In case of educational needs, physical support area, first aid, and the whole task performance are showed a statistically meaningful differences between the two groups.
Third, the result of comparison of task performance and educational needs of the care workers at long-term service center’s general attributes, in case of task performance, it showed a statistically meaningful differences in accordance with the employment type, and in case of educational needs, it showed a statistically meaningful differences in accordance with the presence of a spouse.
Forth, the result of comparison of task performance and educational needs of the care workers at home care service center’s general attributes, in case of task performance, it showed a statistically meaningful differences in accordance with the gender, contract type, educational institution, and in case of educational needs, it showed a statistically meaningful differences in accordance with the only contract type.
Fifth, when researcher looked at correlation of task performance and educational needs of the care workers at long-term and home care service centers, the care worker at long-term service center has positive relationship with task performance and educational needs, but the care worker at home care service center has not statistically significant.
Base on the result of this study, re-configuring the scope of tasks of the care workers at long-term and home care service centers, and to suggest a development of an effective in-service training of the care workers at long-term and home care service centers through differentiated education content and schedule redistributive, reflecting the difference the educational needs in accordance with task performance.
