중국의 지적재산권 보호제도에 관한 연구

With the rapid development of international trade, the first multilateral legal infrastructure regulating protection of intellectual property rights emerged in process of economic globalization.
Now, the intellectual rights may use like the general property rights, the income. Considered it to be the national industry development and the competitive ability promotion decision function as one kind"the industrial capital". the more and more various countries will take the intellectual property rights protection. Especially under the surrounding of global technical competition, nations and enterprises are concern about the intangible property that technic development and protection, brands, intellectual properties. It is important factors of the international competitive power.
The Chinese government in the past 20 years, regarding the intellectual property rights production endeavor, has obtained the development country the achievement which could obtain in on the past several dozens years even hundred years. Especially, before and after China become a number of the WTO, the Chinese government also has made their own Intellectual property legislative system to be closer to the TRIPs.
But, now in china, entire area regarding the intellectual property rights violation behavior or every where, the entire country has the necessity regarding the intellectual property rights understanding to rise a stair again.
Even China intellectual property rights protection has a great process, but also must positively accept the support from the international society and opens the posture, with the various countries and the international organization cooperation, the world constructs the standard for intellectual property rights protection system and the environment.
