청소년 운동선수의 절실함과 자기조절 및 운동 몰입 간의 구조관계 검증

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년 운동선수의 절실함과 자기조절 및 운동 몰입 간의 구조관계를 검증하고 청소년 운동선수들의 최상수행을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 서울 체육 중·고등학교에 재학 중인 청소년 운동선수 425명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 운동선수 절실함, 자기조절, 운동 몰입 질문지의 신뢰도 및 타당도를 검증한 후 연구의 목적에 맞도록 자료 분석을 실시하였다. 각 변인 간의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 운동선수 절실함, 자기조절, 운동 몰입의 하위요인 간에는 모두 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 운동선수 절실함과 자기조절, 운동 몰입 간의 영향관계에 대해 살펴본 결과, 운동선수 절실함은 자기조절과 운동 몰입에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기조절 역시 운동 몰입에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 운동선수 절실함과 자기조절, 운동 몰입 간의 구조관계를 검증한 결과, 자기조절이 운동선수 절실함과 운동 몰입의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 집단에 따른 모형의 안정성을 검증하기 위하여 척도의 동일성 검증을 실시한 결과, 성별, 학교급, 운동 종목에 따른 측정동일성과 절편동일성이 검증되어 본 연구모형이 다양한 집단에 동일하게 적용될 수 있는 모형이며 집단 내에 유의한 차이가 없는 것을 확인하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to explore the structural relationship between the perception of athlete’s Julsil, self-regulation, and flow of adolescent athletes and to provide a basic report for the peak performance on young athletes. A total of 425 middle school and high school athletes completed a paper survey. After verifying the validity and reliability test was conducted, collected data was analyzed to suit the purpose of the study. Results of correlation analysis on athlete’s Julisl, self-regulation, and flow, all sub factor showed a significant positive relationships. Structural equation modeling analysis was conducted to understand the influencing relationship of each factor. The results revealed that athlete’s Julsil has a significant positive influence to self-regulation and flow, and self-regulation also has a positive influence to flow. The result of verifying the structural relationship between athlete’s Julsil, self-regulation and flow, self-regulation was found to mediate the relationship between athlete’s Julsil and flow. In addition, measurement invariance was verified across gender, school, award-winning career that can be applied equally to various groups and there were no significant difference within the group.
