고학력 경력단절 기혼여성이 지각한 자아개념과 신체상이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 : 포커싱적 태도의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 고학력 경력단절 기혼 여성을 대상으로 자아개념, 신체상, 진로준비행동, 포커싱적 태도의 관계를 알아보고 자아개념과 신체상이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 포커싱적 태도 하위 요인의 매개효과를 밝히고자 하였다.
이를 위해 서울, 경기에 거주하는 고학력 경력단절 기혼여성 150명에게 설문을 실시하였으며, 자아개념 척도, 신체상 척도, 진로준비행동 척도, 한국판 포커싱적 태도 척도(Korean Focusing Manner Scale: KFMS)가 사용되었다.
본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 자아개념, 신체상, 진로준비행동, 포커싱적 태도의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 고학력 경력단절 기혼여성의 자아개념과 진로준비행동간의 정적상관, 고학력 경력단절 기혼여성의 신체상과 진로준비행동간에는 부적상관, 고학력 경력단절 기혼여성의 포커싱적 태도와 진로준비행동간에는 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 고학력 경력단절 기혼여성의 자아개념이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 포커싱적 태도가 매개하는지 알아본 결과, 포커싱적 태도의 하위요인인 체험과정주의와 음미하기, 체험과정수용과 행동하기 ,체험지각하기, 적절한 거리두기가 부분매개효과를 나타냈다.
셋째, 고학력 경력단절 기혼여성의 신체상이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 포커싱적 태도가 매개하는지 알아본 결과, 포커싱적 태도의 하위요인인 체험과정주의와 음미하기, 체험과정수용과 행동하기, 체험지각하기, 적절한 거리두기가 부분매개효과를 나타냈다.
연구 결과 고학력 경력단절 기혼여성의 긍정적인 자아개념과 신체상이 진로준비행동 증진에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이와 관련하여, 고학력 경력단절 기혼여성들로 하여금 자아개념과 신체상에 매개효과를 나타내는 포커싱적 태도를 함양할 수 있도록 한다면 그들의 긍정적인 자아개념 및 신체상 형성과 진로준비행동 증진에 도움이 될 것으로 보인다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study identifies the relationship between self-concept, body image, career preparation behavior and focusing manner targeting work career interrupted highly-educated married women, and wished to reveal the mediation effect of focusing manner sub factors from influence of self-concept and body image on career preparation behavior.
For this, we conducted a questionnaire on 150 work career interrupted highly-educated married women living in Seoul and Gyeonggi, self-concept scale, body image scale, career preparation behavior scale and Korean Focusing Manner Scale are used.
The summary of the research result is as follows.
First, by analyzing the correlation between self-concept, body image, focusing manner and career preparation behavior, it appeared that there is a positive correlation between self-concept and career preparation behavior of work career interrupted highly-educated married women, a negative correlation between body image and career preparation behavior of work career interrupted highly-educated married women and a positive correlation between focusing manner and career preparation behavior of work career interrupted highly-educated married women.
Second, by analyzing if there is mediation of focusing manner on the influence of work career interrupted highly-educated married women self-concept on career preparation behavior, the experience process principle, which is the focusing manner’s sub-factor and appreciation, experience process acceptance and action, and experience perception and appropriate keeping distance showed the mediating effect.
Third, by analyzing if there is mediation of focusing manner on the influence of work career interrupted highly-educated married women body image on career preparation behavior, the experience process principle, which is the focusing manner’s sub-factor and appreciation, experience process acceptance and action, and experience perception and appropriate keeping distance showed the mediating effect.
Depending on the research result, positive self-concept and body image of work career interrupted highly-educated married women influence the improvement of career preparation behavior. In this context, if we can develop the focusing manner showing a mediation effect on the self-concept and the body image of work career interrupted highly-educated married women, we can help the career preparation behavior improvement and the formation of a positive self-concept and body image.
