대학생의 부모 진로지지,진로역량이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향;진로태도성숙의 매개효과 = Mediating Effect of Career Muturity on the Relationship between Parental Career Support, Career Competency, Career Preparation Behavior

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to identify a few variables for realistic and meaningful career preparation behavior, considering career counseling for Korean university students. And this research examined the casual structural model that each variable have an effect on career preparation behavior. So this research model hypotheisized that parental career support and career competency would affect career muturity and career muturity would mediate in the relationship not only parental career support and career competency but also between career preparation behavior.
Subjects of the study were 282 university students in Daegu, Kyongbuk area. To ensure the reliability and validity of the question, technical statistics of the frequency, ratio, average, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis via PASW 18.0, item-total correlation, the totality, and the reliability analysis. The structural analysis via Amos 18.0 in the bootstrapping method was undertaken to perform the path analysis among the variables and to assess the suitability of the model.
The findings of the study led to the following conclusions.
First, a last hypothetical model was fitted to the empirical data.
Second, parental career support hadn’t effect on career preparation behavior directly, but career compentency had effect on career preparation behavior directly.
Third, the result of structural model show that career muturity has a full mediating effect on the relation parental career support and career preparation behavior.
Fourth, the result structural model show that career muturity has a part mediating effect on the relation between career compentency and career preparation behavior.
Therefore to maximize university students’ career preparation behavior it is needed to promote parental career support, career competency and career maturity.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 부모 진로지지, 진로역량과 진로준비행동간의 관계에서 진로태도성숙의 매개효과를 검증하고 전체 변인들간의 구조적 관계를 파악하여 실제적이고 구체적인 진로준비행동의 실천에 도움을 주는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 대구·경북 소재의 4년제 대학교 4개교를 임의로 선정하여 360부의 설문지를 배부한 후 최종적으로 282부를 사용하였고 Spss18.0과 Amos18.0을 사용하여 자료 분석하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 대학생의 부모 진로지지는 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치진 않았으나 진로태도성숙을 통하여 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 진로역량은 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으며 진로태도성숙을 통해 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 진로태도성숙은 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, Bootstrap을 통한 진로태도성숙의 매개효과 검증결과 진로태도성숙은 부모 진로지지와 진로준비행동을 완전매개하며 진로역량과 진로준비행동을 부분 매개하였다. 위의 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생들의 진로준비행동을 높이기 위해서는 개인의 역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 장기적이고 체계적인 진로 프로그램 개발과 아울러 부모의 진로지지를 높일 수 있는 직·간접적인 프로그램 이 필요하며 이는 향후 대학생들의 진로준비행동의 실천에 도움을 줄 것이다.
