여가인식 전환에 따른 직업의 의미 변화

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This thesis focuses on (1) the meaning of transition of Leisure Perspective, (2) how that affects one's perception on jobs. The study discovers such perspective and perception changes in timly manner through various case studies, and defines both terms social phenomenologically. Finally, the study proposes concept of leisure focused occupational view.
To find meaningful leisure prototype, the research selects group of people who has leisure-ful job then carefully observe their life style choices and how they consider their career life to define common characteristics.
This thesis selects qualitative research method such as taking a survey, interview, and participant observation. One's awareness on leisure life and occupational view are collected by surveys and interviews. Participant obeservation adds sincerity on the study.
Despite of its limitaion of the study since the research is done with minority group, the thesis proposes the transition on leisure perspective would change and affect one's life. A life that runs in 'leisure focused paradigm' transforms job as amusement, hence to leisure. The study suggests new life styles and positive possibility on leisure focused career views.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 삶에서 여가인식의 전환이 시사하는 의미와 여가인식 전환에 따른 직업의 의미 변화를 알아보기 위함이다. 먼저 시대에 따라 변화를 거듭해온 여가인식과 직업의 의미를 선행연구의 이론적 고찰을 통해 알아보고 오늘날 사회현상학적으로 나타난 여가 인식과 직업의미를 규정해보았다. 여기서 더 나아가 실제 사례를 분석을 통한 여가형 직업관의 가능성에 대해 알아보았다.
연구 목적을 위해 여가학을 전공하고 직업개념으로 명확히 표현되지는 않지만 여가형 직업을 가진 연구대상을 설정하여 여가인식과 여가형 직업관의 특징에 대하여 알아보고자 이들의 삶의 영위 방식과 직업의 의미 등을 조사하여 여가중심 패러다임의 유의미한 여가 원형을 찾고자 하였다.
연구 방법은 질적 연구 방법을 선택하여 설문지, 심층면담, 참여 관찰을 실시하였다. 먼저 설문지와 심층면담을 통해 대상자의 여가인식과 직업관에 대한 생각을 자료수집 하였고, 참여관찰을 통해 자료의 진실성을 확보 하였다.
소수만을 대상으로 진행하여 대표성이라는 연구의 한계성이 존재하지만, 연구를 통해 살펴본 바 여가인식의 전환은 여가 중심의 패러다임을 삶에 적용하여 직업을 놀이화하고 여가발현의 장으로 사용 하였다. 이를 통해 여가형 직업관에 대한 가능성과 미래 삶의 방향성에 대해 예측 해 볼 수 있었다.
