Aim of this study is to analyze and to clarify about the playability and player satisfaction of the athlete's self-management after examination of the impact of self-management of Athletes on the playability and player satisfaction. We extracted athletes (High School, College, General section) registered with the Korea Athletics Federation currently in 2013, and participated in both National School Sport Club Championship and the National Indoor Athletics Championships in Daegu, as the sample population under convenience sampling process, and used the self-administration, using of questionnaires. Questionnaires were collected from the field of data collection except for the insincere data and encoded using the statistical program SPSS 16.0 Version to execute the final analysis of the data, and reached the following final conclusions through research objectives and research methods, and data processing like this.
First, when looking at the general characteristics, significant difference in self-management depending on gender differences was not found, but men's scores were higher in all types.
Difference in self-care according to the team didn't show statistically significant distinction and college players have shown high scores in all types.
Differences in self-management according to Career showed a statistically significant difference, the group showed level 2 in interpersonal management after the post-test results, difference in self-management of winners with the number of winning within the third prize in National competition, didn't show statistically significant distinction, but, winners populations that won 5 times or more showed the higher self-care scores for the personal care, mental management, training management, and health management.
Variance Analysis of training hours didn't show statistically significant difference but the group trainning for 5-7 hours showed high distinction and the jump players showed high mental health care and management scores in case of major event.
Second, according to the general characteristics, when looking at the player satisfaction and the result of differences in performance, gender showed statistically significant differences, and even in team performance, there showed a significant difference.
The difference between satisfaction and performance of the players according to Career, there showed a significant difference in both player satisfaction and performance, and in difference in the number of winning, a statistically significant difference was found for players satisfaction. The difference in training hours and events was not shown.
Third, regarding the result of relationship of self-management, player satisfaction, and performance, self-management has a significant correlation for the performance, relationship directionality was shown positive,
Mental management was shown having significant correlation between training management, health management, player satisfaction, and performance.
Training management was shown having a significant correlation between Management body, the player satisfaction, and performance, and the direction of the relationship was shown positive.
Body management was shown having a significant correlation between player satisfaction and performance, The direction of the relationship was shown positive.
Player satisfaction was shown having a significant correlation with performance, and the direction of the relationship was shown positive.
Fourth, the impact of self-management on player satisfaction and performance was shown to be statistically significant,
Self-management of interpersonal care, mental management, training management, and health management was shown to have statistically significant effect. and the direction of the relationship showed positive so that we found out that self-management has a positive impact on player satisfaction,
The result of analysis of self-management and performance was found to be statistically significant, mental management, training management, health management of self-management showed having a statistically significant impact.
The direction of the relationship was shown positive so that we found that self-administration has a positive impact on performance.
This made the hypothesis 1, Hypothesis 2, Hypothesis 3 of this study be established all.
