학교사회복지사의 사례관리 수행 능력과 역할 인식과의 관계 = A Study on the School Social Worker Role-Perceptions of the Case Management Performance in School

Adolescence is a very important time of life. However, the youth of the Republic of Korea deprived of the opportunity to grow Youth that grades and hit the entrance to the real problems of society. In order to solve these problems, the introduction of school social work services are currently being run up. At this point of time when case management in school has become a highly useful practices. The purpose of this study is the ability to perform case management in school as school social worker to investigate awareness of the importance of school social work and case management to evaluate the possibility of the use. To achieve the research, the survey were based on the results objectives of a total of 118 people the school social worker in Daegu-Gyeongbuk region, based on the elementery statistics and correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, in other to analysis the case management performancein in school how those school social worker role-perceptions. The results of this study are summarized as follows. Based on the results of this study, the relationship between the dependent variables and independent variables, ability to perform case management in school were appered to perception of the role of school social workers. The hypothesis of this study become established.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

청소년기는 한 인간의 일생을 좌우하는 매우 중요한 시기임에도 불구하고 우리나라 청소년은 성적과 입시라는 현실적 문제에 부딪쳐 정신적, 사회적으로 성장할 기회를 박탈당하고 있다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해 학교사회복지서비스가 도입되어 현재까지 실행되고 있으며, 그 실천분야의 중요한 방법 중 하나가 사례관리이다. 본 연구는 목적은 학교사회복지사의 사례관리 수행 능력에 따른 역할에 대한 인식을 조사함으로써 학교사회복지의 중요성과 사례관리의 활용가능성에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 대구·경북 지역의 학교사회복지사 총 118명의 설문에 응답한 결과를 바탕으로 하였으며 기초통계량 분석과 상관관계분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 학교사회복지사의 사례관리 수행능력이 역할 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 학교사회복지사의 사례 관리 수행 능력이 높을수록 학교사회복지사의 역할 인식도 높을 것이라는 결론을 내리게 되었으므로 학교사회복지사들의 역할에 대한 인식도를 높이기 위해서는 사례관리 업무의 중요성이 강조되어야 한다. 끝으로 본 연구에서는 대구·경북 학교사회복지사로 대상을 제한하였지만, 후속 연구를 통해서는 전국을 대상으로 한 학교사회복지사들의 포괄적인 역할 인식에 대한 연구가 있어야 하며, 사례관리를 구성하는 구체적인 요소에 따른 학교사회복지사의 역할 인식 연구도 지속적으로 이루어지기를 기대해 본다. 아울러 대구․경북이 교육과 행정의 중심 도시라는 위상에 걸맞기 위해서는 학교사회복지 분야의 선도적 역할도 촉구해 본다.
