아동의 자아존중감과 행복감이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 = The influence of Self-esteem and happiness of

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초등학교 고학년 아동들을 대상으로 자아존중감과 행복감이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 자아존중감이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향에서 행복감이 매개효과를 가지는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 학교생활적응을 향상시킬 수 있는 요인을 파악함으로써 효과적인 학교생활적응을 돕기 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다.
주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 자아존중감은 행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 자아존중감, 가정경제수준, 학교성적수준은 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 자아존중감이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 자아존중감, 성별, 가정경제수준, 학교성적 수준이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 자아존중감과 행복감이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 성별, 가정경제수준, 학교성적수준, 행복감이 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 자아존중감이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향에서 행복감의 매개효과를 알아본 결과, 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 자아존중감이 학내생활적응과 학교환경적응, 학교교사적응, 학교친구적응에 미치는 영향에서 행복감은 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 자아존중감이 학교수업적응에 미치는 영향에서 행복감은 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구를 통해 행복감은 아동의 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 아동의 행복감 향상을 위한 프로그램의 개발과 적용을 통하여, 아동의 학교생활적응을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of self-esteem and happiness of a child on school life adaptation and confirm if happiness has a mediator effect in the influence of self-esteem on school life adaptation. Therefore, this study will offer basic data to present effective ways to help school life adaptation by comprehending the factors to improve school life adaptation. To this end, a survey was conducted from 14th, March to 14th, April in 2014. The subjects of this study were elementary school students of D district of Daegu Metropolitan City. SPSS 18.0 was employed in analyzing the collected data, depending on each of research purposes.
First, as a result of analyzing the effect of self-esteem on happiness, self-esteem, level of domestic economy, and level of academic performance at school have a static impact on happiness.
Second, the results of the analysis is that the effect of self-esteem, gender, the level of domestic economy, and level of academic performance on school life adaptation have an effect on school life adaptation.
Third, the analysis results of the research is that gender, level of domestic economy, and level of academic performance and happiness on school life adaptation affects on school life adaptation.
Fourth, the mediator effect of happiness in the effect of self-esteem on school life adaptation was resulted in full-mediation.
The research may lead that happiness is a significant factor of school life adaptation of a child. Consequently, school life adaptation of a child can be improved by developing and applying programs to promote happiness of a child.
