간호대학생의 핵심역량 구조모형

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 간호대학생의 핵심역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위해 선행연구와 문헌고찰을 토대로 가설적 모형을 구축하고 모형의 타당성 및 실제 자료간의 적합도를 검증하는 공변량 구조분석 연구이다. 핵심역량의 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력, 자기주도적 학습능력에 영향을 주는 요인은 전공만족도, 임상실습만족도, 비판적 사고성향으로 가설적 모형을 구축하였다. 자료 수집은 3, 4학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 설문지를 작성하도록 하였다. 2013년 12월 1일부터 15일까지 370부를 배부하여 한 문항이라도 결측치가 있는 자료를 제외한 361부를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/Win 21.0과 AMOS/Win 21.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 가설적 모형의 적합도 검정 및 가설 검정을 실시하였다.
연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
간호대학생의 핵심역량인 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력, 자기주도적 학습능력에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도와 비판적 사고성향이며, 비판적 사고성향에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도와 임상실습만족도이다.
임상실습 만족도는 비판적 사고성향을 매개변수로 하여 핵심역량인 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력, 자기주도적 학습능력에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
이상의 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 임상실습만족도, 비판적 사고성향을 향상시켜 핵심역량(의사소통능력, 문제해결능력, 자기주도적 학습능력)을 강화할 수 있는 역량기반교육과정 개발에 기초자료가 될 것으로 생각한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is a covariance structure analysis that establishes hypothetical model based on preceding document researches in order to identify the elements that influence the core competencies of nursing students. A hypothetical model was established on the condition that elements which influence communication ability, problem solving ability, and self-directed learning ability of core competencies were major satisfaction, as well as those of satisfaction of clinical practice and critical thinking disposition. As for data collection, a survey was created with third and fourth grade as targets in the university. 370 copies were distributed from December 1st to December 15th 2013. 361 copies were used for analysis and surveys with the exception of one missing value. For data analysis, SPSS/Win 21.0 and AMOS/Win 21.0 programs were used to conduct the Test of Goodnessoffit and the Test of Hypothesis of the hypothetical model.
The result of the study is as follow.
The elements which had a direct influence on the communication ability, problem solving ability, and self-directed learning ability which are the core competencies of nursing students, and critical thinking disposition were major satisfaction. The elements which had direct influence on the critical thinking disposition and satisfaction of clinical practice were major satisfactory too.
The satisfaction of clinical practice and the critical thinking disposition as the parameter, indicated that it had an indirect influence on the communication ability, problem solving ability, and self-directed learning ability, that is, the core competencies.
Based on the above results, it can be concluded that this would become the base line data for competence-based curriculum that would strengthen the core competencies(communication ability, problem solving ability, and self-directed learning ability)by improving the satisfaction of clinical practice, major satisfaction and critical thinking disposition of nursing students.
