Teaching of children's behavior in the classroom of child-care facility is not limited to a specific child or a certain situation, and the scope is very broad and diverse. In modern family structure, child-care facilities become more important with greater responsibility to supervise children's behaviors. Accordingly, this research intends to find out how teachers of child-care facilities recognize children's behaviors, and the necessary guidance for such behaviors. For teachers' recognition and support of these children's behavioral matters, frequency analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics analysis. In results of the research, first, teachers' recognition of children's behavioral matters includes aggression, contraction, anxiety, depression, emotional response, and concentration. Second, the most challenging part in guiding children's behavior was too many children per teacher as per response. Third, the most common method to resolve difficulties in teaching children was to consult with fellow teachers, and one on one talk with the child was used most frequently. Fourth, demand to learn practical teaching method for children's behavior was the highest as per response. Lastly, the teachers responded that on the job training for teaching children's behavior is absolutely necessary and they would make sure to participate if such education was provided. However, in reality, it is not easy to participate in on the job training due to excessive workload and insufficient time. Also, it is difficult to put into action because of theory based ineffective education even after taking part in such training. Through this research, I discovered that when training child-care teachers, curriculums for teaching children's behavior should be included, and practice in on the job training for teachers in active service needs to be provided. In addition, I confirmed that teachers should be given more training opportunities with improved child-care site environment.
