      The purpose of this study are to grasp their points at issue through the way to investigate questionnaires on the adjustment problems of high school students in school life.
      The contents of questionnaires were Composed of 31 questions.
      The subjects for this study were 360 students randomly selected from classical high school and vocational high school in Kwang ju city.
      The main conclusions of this study are as follows.
      A. In term of choosing their school, many vocational high school students feel sorry for their choices.
      In order to improve the adjustment problems, there should be an effective guidance for entering a school of higher grade.
      B. Most of classical high school students think that they won't make the best use of their hobbies and special talents.
      C. Most of classical high school students dislike their homework and self-control learning in school.
      D. In terms of relationship among their schoolfellows, girl students show higher adaptability than boy students but some of boy students take a bad habit from their friends.
      E. Girl students feel that most of teachers are stern and imperative therefore they wouldn't talk with their teachers.
      In order to improve free-talking atmosphere between students and teachers, we should increase free-talking hours among the members in school life.
      F. Many vocational high school students feel that there are too many rules and orders in school life
      We must provide various extra-curriculum for the students to enjoy their school life.
      G. Most of classical high school students adapt better themselves to their environment than vocational high school students.
