The purpose of the study is to research job satisfaction based on how relatively nursing teachers are influenced by impact factors and what differences exist by influence factors. With the result of the research, it draws the ways of improving job satisfaction and office environment for the nursing teachers.
To achieve the purpose of understanding job satisfaction for the people, it fulfills documentary survey and questionnaire survey about preceding research in parallel. While preceding research is focused on job satisfaction of several kinds of occupational group, the objective of the study is to learns how the six independent variables affect job satisfaction of the nursing teachers. In addition, it analyzes the main factors and their influences on job satisfaction for the enhancement of job satisfaction.
The summary of the result for the study is as follows. First, it builds up the hypothesis that six independent variables(settlement condition, educational environment, working hours, working environment, task conditions, and operator) immediately influence the dependent variable(job satisfaction) to learn how the hypothesis affects job satisfaction of the nursing teachers. It conducts a test for difference in means, and finds that all the variables are statistically significant. Second, it analyzes a correlation among six variables. Third, it tests the hypothesis that Job Satisfaction may be influenced by occupation, marriage, age, educational background, and years of service.
