Modern people not only takes care of their bodies, but they try mentally and socially to pursue healthy lives. Due to the perception change on health following this, requests and demands on health examinations are recently increasing.
The purpose of this study is increase the medical use of health examination, and to understand and improve the needs to better user-focused experiences, based on the result of in-depth interview of health examinations subject and study result. The study method includes visualization of obstacles, whichoccur during health examination, through service design process, and building a user-focused questionnaire prototype by deducing insight and grasping the concept of design. Also, to verify users, Peter Morville's Honeycomb model was reconstructed in 5 types, andusers were interviewed in-depth. As a result, the following are the requirements to improve and satisfy the questionnaire. Questionnaire should be easily accessible and not provoke confusion, with users easily being able to recognize its function, and developing a differentiated service different from existing questionnaire is needed. Health examination questionnaire design based on this study hopes to be of help in improving the quality of medical service.
