창의적 체험활동 프로그램을 통한 고등학교 동아리 학생들의 진로성숙도 변화 = (The) change of career maturity of club students Through creative club activities programs

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 창의적 체험활동 프로그램이 동아리 학생들의 진로성숙도에 어떤 영향을 미칠지 알아보기 위함이다. 또한 창의적 체험활동을 개선하기 위하여 창의적 체험활동과 진로에 대한 인식을 분석해 보았다.
부산광역시에 위치한 인문계 고등학교인 D고등학교의 1, 2학년 학생 중 체험형 창의적 체험활동 프로그램을 실시한 동아리 학생 53명을 실험집단으로, 일반적인 동아리 활동을 한 동아리 학생 52명을 비교집단으로 선정하였다. 실험집단은 7개월 동안 주당 1시간의 계발활동 시간과 방과후, 토요일, 방학 중 시간을 이용하여 창의적 체험활동에 참여했다. 진로성숙도 검사지를 활용하여 사전-사후 검사했으며, 창의적 체험활동과 진로에 대한 학생들의 의견을 알기 위하여 사후에 면담을 하였다.
연구결과를 살펴보면: 첫째, 창의적 체험활동 프로그램이 동아리 학생들의 진로성숙도을 향상시키는데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 진로성숙도 검사지의 사전·사후 분석에서 사후검사의 전체점수가 사전 검사의 전체 점수보다 더 높았으며 이것은 통계적으로 유의미하였다(p<.05). 태도영역의 하위요소인 독립성, 계획성 및 일에 대한 태도는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이(p<.05)가 있었다. 능력영역의 하위 요소 중 자기 이해, 일반 직업에 대한 지식에 유의미한 차이를 보였지만, 합리적 의사결정, 선호 직업에 대한 지식에는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 또한, 행동영역의 하위요소인 진로탐색 및 준비활동에도 유의미한 차이가 없었다.
둘째, 창의적 체험활동 프로그램이 동아리 학생들의 진로에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 학생들은 외재적 동기보다는 내재적 동기에 의해 동아리를 결정하며, 학교 안에서의 창의적 체험활동보다 학교 밖에서의 외부 창의적 체험활동을 더 인상적으로 기억했다. 자신이 선호하는 직업이나 새로운 일반 직업군에 대하여 탐색 해보는 계기가 되었다는 의견이 많았으며, 이러한 활동이 진로와 연계되었다라고 응답했다. 또한, 학생들은 직접 체험할 수 있는 유의미하고, 내실 있는 창의적 체험활동을 기대하고, 시간적·경제적 지원과 지속적인 다 차시의 창의적 체험활동을 요구했다.
창의적 체험활동은 동아리 학생들로 하여금 진로성숙도를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 학생들이 미래에 자아실현을 하고 국가와 사회의 요구에 부응하기 위해서는 바람직한 진로발달이 필요하며 이를 위해 시간적·경제적 지원을 통한 계획적인 창의적 체험활동이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects how the creative club activities programs affect students' career maturity. In addition, were analyzed the students' opinions to improve creative activities and career awareness.
The objects of this study were chosen on the 1st and 2nd grade students who wish to participate in extracurricular activities with a variety of disposition and academic achievement in Busan D High School. We selected the experimental group of 53 club activities students from creative, hands-on activities of in-and outside the school programs while selecting the comparative group of 52 students from the general club activities programs. The study included seven months of development activities, one hour per week after school hours and on Saturdays, in time for the vacations.
The Career Maturity Questionnaire using pre-test and post-test was examined after the program conducted, the students were interviewed to listen the opinions for creative activities and future career.
The results are summarized as follows: First, the students' creative club activities program was effective in improving the career maturity degrees. In the analysis of Career Maturity Questionnaire of pre-and post test, the total score of the post-test scores was higher than the pre-test’s, which was statistically significant (p<.05). There was significantly different (p<.05) on the independence, the planning and the attitude on job in all the sub-factors of attitude area. There was significantly different (p<.05) on the self-appraisal, the knowledge of the various occupation, but no significant difference on rational goal selection, the knowledge of the popular occupation in sub-factors of skills area. Also, it showed no significant difference on the career exploration and ready-action in sub-factors of behavior area.
Second, creative club activities programs proved to have a positive effect on the future careers of the program. In the results that had many comments, students tend to decide the club activities by intrinsic motivation rather than extrinsic motivation, and the common opinion was that creative activities outside school was more impressive than in-school activities among the students. After completion of the activities, they said this activities served as a momentum to search for a new general occupational groups, and this participation was associated with the future career exploration.
Besides, the programs expected the significant and substantial aspect of creative activities and they asked for available time for ongoing activities and financial assistance of the club activities.
Consequently, the creative club activities programs are shown to improve career maturity degrees. Thus, desirable career development and systematical creative experience will be required for students to achieve self-realization and the needs of the country and society through temporal and economic support.
