장애영아 조기중재 프로그램 운영에 대한 질적 연구 = A Qualitative Study on Early Intervention Program on Infants with Disabilities

This study is investigated the actual condition of operating early intervention program on infants with disabilities with special education school and special education support center. Furthermore, this study is important to provide blue prints of the future early intervention program on infants with disabilities by finding ways to improve and compensate the defects that can derived from process of operating early intervention program on infants with disabilities. For were conducted with interviews of ten special education teachers of special education school and special education support center located in Chungcheong and K-do where early intervention program on disabled children is operating. Three themes were about and eighteen small topics were came out by analyzing interviews. Three big topics suggest actual condition of currently operating education support on infants with disabilities, defects and improvement ways. Discussion result by analyzing data is as follows. Developing infants with disabilities curriculum of national level formation and operation guideline, increasing public-relations on education of infants with disabilities, developing teaching and learning materials on education of infants with disabilities, increasing training of special education on infants with disabilities teacher, developing standards and tool of diagnosis and assessment of infants with disabilities, developing guidelines and administrative, financial support of infants with disabilities support business were suggested as improvement ways of future education and support business on infants with disabilities.
