    This study is to identify the structural relationship of ethical leadership, trust in leader, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational effectiveness in the beauty service industry. The survey was carried out, targeting 657 employees who were in the beauty service industry in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Data analysis was done using AMOS 20.0 program, and the results are as follows;

    First, the hypothesis that ethical leadership, trust in leader, and organizational citizenship behavior in the beauty service industry would have direct effects on organizational effectiveness in the industry was made and tested statistically with empirical data. The results show that ethical leadership did not affect organizational effectiveness directly, while both trust in leader and organizational citizenship behavior had direct effects on it.

    Second, it was assumed that ethical leadership and trust in leader would have influences on organizational citizenship behavior in the beauty service industry. Statistical tests were carried out using empirical data. The finding was that ethical leadership influenced organizational citizenship behavior directly, but trust in leader did not have direct effects on it.

    Third, the hypothesis that ethical leadership would have an impact on trust in leader in the beauty service industry was tested with empirical data. It was found that there was a direct effect between them.

    Fourth, It was hypothesized that ethical leadership in the beauty service industry would indirectly affect organizational citizenship behavior by means of trust in leader. The statistical test results show that it did not have an indirect effect.

    Next, The assumption that ethical leadership in the beauty service industry would have an indirect effect on organizational effectiveness through trust in leader was tested statistically using empirical data. It revealed that there were indirect effects between them.

    Lastly, the statistical test with empirical data was carried out to verify the hypothesis that ethical leadership would have an indirect effect on organizational effectiveness by means of organizational citizenship behavior. The result shows that there was an indirect effect between them.
    In summary, a way to enhance organizational effectiveness in the beauty service industry is that as a leader exercise ethical leadership, employees in the beauty service industry will put their trust in the leader and motivate themselves to cooperate voluntarily. Improvement in organizational effectiveness, based on these behaviors, helps to improve the service providing level which the beauty service industry pursues ultimately; customers will get high-quality service; and the image of the beauty service industry will be improved; and profits will be increased.
