내현적 자기애, 수치심, 우울이 대학생의 폭식에 미치는 영향

In this study , the authors examined a model that explored the effects of covert narcissism, shame and depression on binge-eating. A total of 419 college students (n=189 male and n=230 female) participated in this study. Structural equation modeling(SEM) and SEM multigroup analyses was to analyze the data. The SEM results indicated an acceptive goodness of fit indices. Consistent with the predictions based on the previous studies, Covert Narcissism had directly affected Depression and Shame and Depression, shame did Binge-Eating, also. Yet, inconsistent with the predictions Shame didn’t directly affect Depression. SEM multigroup analyses revealed significant difference in two group (male/female) was found for one of the three paths(shame → binge-eating). Finally, I discussed the clinical agreement, moreover, suggested implications for future works.
