한방의료관광 체험이 만족과 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구 : 2013 대장금 한방의료관광 체험 행사를 방문한 외국인 관광객을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 소득의 증대, 여가시간의 증대로 생활수준과 삶의 질이 향상되고, 건강에 대한 관심이 증대되며 의료관광이 점차 부각․확산되어 가고 있다. 우리나라의 경우에는 전통 한의학을 활용한 한방의료관광이 세계적으로 경쟁력을 갖기에 충분하다는 주장이 제기되고 있으며 그 가능성이 높게 평가되면서 국가차원에서도 한방의료관광을 전략적으로 활성화시키려는 노력을 하고 있다. 지금까지 한방의료관광에 대한 기존 연구는 활성화 방안이나 전략에 대한 주제를 다룬 연구가 주를 이루고 있지만 이제는 외국인 관광객들이 한방의료관광 체험을 통해 한방의료관광에 대해 만족을 하게 되는 과정이나 향후 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 과정에 대해 체계적으로 연구할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 바탕으로 한방의료관광 체험을 엔터테인먼트 체험, 일탈 체험, 심미적 체험, 교육 체험으로 분류하고 이러한 체험 요인들이 한방의료관광 체험 만족과 행동의도에 미치는 영향은 어떠한지 살펴보고 한방의료관광 활성화 방안에 대한 시사점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.
본 연구에 실증분석에 사용된 자료는 ‘2013 대장금 한방의료관광 체험 행사’를 방문한 외국인 관광객을 대상으로 2013년 5월 15일부터 22일 중 5일간 조사했던 설문자료를 활용하였다. 표본 수는 일본어, 중국어, 영어로 번역한 설문지를 200부씩 총 600부를 배포하여 회수한 539부를 실증분석에 사용하였고, 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 한방의료관광 체험 요인과 한방의료관광 체험 만족, 행동의도의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 20.0 통계 패키지를 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 및 타당성 분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다.
위의 분석을 통해 도출된 결과는 한방의료관광 체험 요인 4가지 중 엔터테인먼트, 심미적 체험이 한방의료관광 체험 만족에 긍정적인 영향을, 엔터테인먼트, 교육 체험이 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을, 한방의료관광 체험 만족은 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
연구 결과와 시사점을 요약하면, 첫째 한방의료관광 체험 안에서 볼거리, 즐거움, 재미를 줄 수 있는 엔터테인먼트 체험과 주위환경의 심미적인 체험 요소, 한의학에 대한 유용한 정보 습득의 기회를 줄 수 있는 교육 체험의 강화를 통해 외국인 관광객의 만족 수준을 높이고 긍정적인 행동의도를 유도함으로써 한방의료관광 체험이 한방의료관광 활성화에 이바지해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 한방의료관광을 활성화 시키기 위해서는 외국인 관광객들의 입장에서 그들의 니즈를 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 방안을 고민해야 하고, 다양한 한방의료관광 체험 프로그램 개발과 제공에 집중해야 할 것이며, 한방의료관광 체험이 외국인 관광객들에게 이문화체험으로 다가갈 수 있다는 점에 주목하여 국가차원에서도 한방의료관광 체험 프로그램을 세계적인 테마형 관광상품으로 개발하고 홍보해야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently, increases in income, increased leisure time to improve the standard of living and quality of life and increased interest in health and medical tourism emerged gradually. In Korea, Korean medical tourism globally competitive and the possibility that the allegations are highly appreciated in the national level as the Medical tourism is a strategic effort to activate. Until now, previous studies for korean medical tourism were about to plans and strategies for the active research topics dealing with foreign tourists but now the main part of korean medical tourism is that foreigner could experience for the satisfaction and future behavior of the process also for influencing the process needs to be systematically studied. In this study, based on previous research on the Medical Tourism Experience entertainment experience, deviant experience, aesthetic experience, training, experience, and this experience factors are classified as the Medical Tourism Experience satisfaction and behavioral intentions look at the impact of Korean Medical tourism implications for Tourism activation Plan is intended to present.
In this study, empirical data in the 2013 Medical Tourism Experience event targeting foreign tourists visited May 15, 2013 five days of 22 days from the questionnaire survey was utilized. The number of sample from Japanese, Chinese, and English translation of the questionnaire a total of 600 copies, and finally 539 copies to distribute recovered was used in the empirical analysis, based on the data collected and Korean medical tourism experience satisfying experience factors, behavioral to clarify the relationship between degrees of AMOS 20.0 statistical package SPSS 18.0 and the frequency analysis, reliability and validity analysis, structural equation modeling.
Derived from the above analysis, the results of four kinds of the Medical Tourism Experience Factors entertainment, aesthetic experience of Korean traditional medical tourism experience have a positive effect on satisfaction, entertainment, and education experience a positive effect on behavior intention, Korean traditional Tourism experience the satisfaction also showed a positive effect on behavior intension.
Summary of findings and implications, first, play in the Medical Tourism Experience, fun, fun entertainment experience that can experience the aesthetic elements and the surrounding environment, the chances of acquiring useful information about Korean medical tourism can give enhanced educational experience to increase the level of satisfaction of foreign tourists in the way of positive action by inducing Korean traditional medical tourism. Experience of Korean traditional medical tourism should contribute to activation. Second, in order to enable the Medical tourism from the perspective of foreign tourists, who can meet their needs to worry measures, and various herbal medical tourism experience program will be focused on the development and delivery, two foreign tourists, Experience of Korean medical tourism to the cross-cultural experience that you can reach out to national attention in the program, Experience of Korean Traditional Medical Tourism could be a world-class theme and should be promote the development of tourism products.
