대학생의 내현적 자기애와 대인관계 문제의 관계에서 완벽주의의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 내현적 자기애가 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향에서 완벽주의의 매개효과를 검증하였다.
본 연구의 대상은 현재 4년제 대학 및 2,3년제 전문대에 재학 중인 서울, 경기도, 충청도, 경상도 학생 554명을 대상으로 내현적 자기애척도(NPI)와, 다차원적 완벽주의 척도(MPS), 대인관계문제 척도(K-IIP)를 실시하였다.
본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SAS 8.2와 AMOS 18 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 우선 대학생의 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위해 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였고, 연구에서 사용한 각 측정도구의 신뢰도 검증을 위해 Cronbach ɑ계수를 산출하였다. 그리고 대학생의 내현적 자기애, 완벽주의, 대인관계문제의 각 변인들 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 각 변인들 간 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 마지막으로 대학생의 내현적 자기애가 완벽주의를 통해 대인관계문제에 미치는 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 AMOS 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구에서 밝혀진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 내현적 자기애가 높을수록 대인관계문제의 하위변인인 비 사교성, 비 주장성, 과 배려성, 지배성/성마름, 냉담성/의심성, 정서억압이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 내현적 자기애가 높을수록, 완벽주의가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 완벽주의가 높을수록 대인관계문제의 하위변인 인 비 사교성, 비 주장성, 과 배려성, 지배성/성마름, 냉담성/의심성, 정서억압이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 대학생의 완벽주의의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 내현적 자기애와 대인관계문제의 하위변인인 비 사교성, 비 주장성, 과 배려성, 지배성/성마름, 냉담성/의심성, 정서억압의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구에서는 대학생의 내현적 자기애와 대인관계문제와의 관계를 매개하는 완벽주의의 효과를 검증함으로써 변인간의 관계와 경로를 확인하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined mediating effects of covert narcissism on interpersonal problems through the perfectionism. The Covert Narcissism Scale(CNS), Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale(MPS), Interpersonal Problems Scale(K-IIP) were administered to 554 university and college student in Seoul, Gueonggido, Chungchegnamdo, Gyeongsangnamdo.
The data collected in this study was analyzed using SAS 8.2 and AMOS statistical program. The frequency and percentage were calculated to examine general characteristics of studying object, Cronbach coefficient was calculated to verify reliability of each measuring tool. And correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis were conducted so as to understand the relations among each variable like university student’s perfectionism, covert narcissism, interpersonal problems. Finally, structural equation analysis was carried out using AMOS statistical program to determine mediating effects that university student’s covert narcissism make an effect on interpersonal problems through perfectionism.
The results of this study are as follows.
The first, it appeared to have higher covert narcissism as higher asocial, nonassertive, overnurturant, dominating/irritable, cold/distrustful, emotional repressive of sub factors of interpersonal problems.
The second, it appeared to have higher covert narcissism as higher perfectionism.
The third, it appeared to have higher perfectionism as higher asocial, nonassertive, overnurturant, dominating/irritable, cold/distrustful, emotional repressive of sub factors of interpersonal problems.
The fourth, The results of structural equation verification about mediating effect of covert narcissism on interpersonal problems through perfectionism. In other words, it was found that perfectionism acted as an partial mediating effect in the relationship between covert narcissism and interpersonal problems.
Through this, this study confirmed that mediating effects of perfectionism on the relationships between university student's covert narcissism and Interpersonal problems. And it was reveled to relationship and route among covert narcissism, perfectionism, Interpersonal problems
