미술치료사의 경력이 역전이 관리능력과 역전이 활용에 미치는 영향 : 내적상태인식의 중재효과를 중심으로 = The Effects of Art therapist's Careers on Counter-transference Management Ability and Counter-transference Utilization Focus on the Intermediary Effects of Internal State Awareness

This study has the purpose to examine whether the awareness about the internal state plays the role of intermediary effect in the course of the art therapist's career influencing counter-transference management ability and counter-transference utilization and review the influence of the awareness of the art therapist's internal state affecting counter-transference management ability and counter-transference utilization.
This study assumed that when art therapists are in the same level of careers, counter-transference management ability and counter-transference utilization should have difference according to low and high internal state awareness.
For this, the data were analyzed from the participation of 178 therapists performing art therapy over 1 year in the field. AS for the measuring took, the art therapist's career and training questionnaire of the self-report type, counter-transference management ability measuring paper, counter- transference utilization measuring paper and internal state awareness measuring paper were utilized for measurement.
The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 17.0 for Windows and correlation analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were performed.
The results of this study are as following. First, the other variables except for the certificates (scholarly attainment, age, certificate, therapy career, super vision, education analysis and group therapy) among the art therapist careers influenced significant effects to counter-transference management ability. Second, among the art therapist's careers the rest variables except for age still had significant effects to counter-transference utilization. Third, it was shown that among the art therapist careers about counter - transference management ability, certificates, numbers of cases and treatment and age have a significant meaning to the internal state awareness. Fourth, in counter-transference utilization, certificates and number of cases out of the art therapist's careers were proved to be significant to the interactive effects with the internal state awareness.
This study has the meaning to confirm the effects of the careers influencing counter-transference management ability and utilization according to the levels of the art therapist's internal state awareness.
Consequently, it suggests that therapists search for internal state awareness and understand themselves and effectively manage and utilize counter-transference in the counter-transference management and utilization in the art therapy field. At last, the limits of this study and suggestions for the future studies were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 미술치료사들을 대상으로 경력에 따른 역전이 관리능력과 역전이 활용에 영향을 미치는 과정에서, 내적상태에 대한 인식이 중재효과의 역할을 하는지 알아보고, 미술치료사의 내적상태인식이 역전이 관리능력과 역전이 활용에 미치는 영향력을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 연구에서는 미술치료사가 같은 수준의 경력을 가지고 있을 때, 내적 상태인식의 높고 낮음에 따라, 역전이 관리능력과 역전이 활용에 차이가 있을 것이라고 가정하였다.
이를 위해 현장에서 미술치료를 1년 이상 실시하고 있는 치료사 178명을 대상으로 자료를 분석하였다. 측정도구는 자기보고식의 미술치료사 경력· 훈련 질문지, 역전이 관리능력 척도지, 역전이 활용 척도지, 내적상태인식 척도지만을 사용하여 측정하였다.
수집된 자료는 SPSS 17.0 for Window를 사용하여 분석하였으며, 상관분석, 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술치료사의 경력 중 자격증을 제외한 나머지 변인들은 역전이 관리능력에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 미술치료사의 경력 중 나이를 제외한 나머지 변인들은 역전이 활용에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 역전이 관리능력에 대하여 미술치료사의 경력 중 자격증, 사례 수, 나이, 회기 수가 내적상태인식과의 상호작용 효과가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 역전이 활용에서 미술치료사의 경력 중, 자격증과 사례 수가 내적상태인식과의 상호작용효과가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구는 미술치료사의 내적상태인식 수준에 따라 경력이 역전이 관리능력과 역전이 활용에 미치는 영향을 확인하는데 의의가 있다. 따라서 앞으로 미술치료 현장에서 치료사가 역전이를 관리하고 활용하는데 있어, 내적상태인식을 함께 탐색하여, 치료사 자신을 이해하며 효과적으로 역전이를 관리하고 활용할 수 있음을 시사한다. 끝으로 본 연구의 제한점 및 추후연구를 위한 시사점 등이 논의 되었다.
