      Despite of recent world economic crisis and domestic economic downturn, the hotel industry as a future industry is growing that can replace foreign tourists with the ten million people regardless of age of manufacture. It is expected that the domestic real estate market is entering a long-term recession. The enactment of special laws for the government of tourist accommodation is expanding business hotels. Also, large corporations, small and medium companies to market competition become more intensive than previously. While engaged in the tourist hotelier critical elements that hinder the internal environment of change and restructure. Introduction of performance based hotelier personal egoism and selfishness, collective organization of tourist hotels, tourist hotel services competitive and customer service quality will be able to commit. In addition, the department selfishness and conflict undermining the tourist hotel employees job satisfaction and organizational commitment has a negative impact on the quality of the company's long-term development strategy. Also, service center to provide services for customers in the service industry, these problems eventually decide that you will be able to see the ups and downs of the companies. Outbreak In the future, potential tourist hotel departments selfishness and conflict from the perspective of the company does not adversely affect anything, but it is very important that CEOs and middle managers(team leaders) who recognize the importance of strategic leadership. The purpose of this study Is to Improve the consciousness of these issues based on the concept of conflict and selfishness department. The type of formulation IS effected by a negative impact on organizational effectiveness relationship by analyzing the mutual relationship and strategic leadership by introducing the following conclusions derived. First of all, the conflict with the organization's existing effect relationship for the validity of the study. Based on a new concept for a tourist hotel departments selfishness and the type of formulation are to improve the purpose of the study through empirical significance. Second, the type of selfishness departments internally interests , a lack of communication, non -classified as horizontal conflict and vertical conflict impact of organizational effectiveness (job satisfaction and organizational commitment) four factors such as the type of conflict. Cooperation and ignoring the relationship that showed a negative effect. The significance of this research takes place at the point of contact with customers. The ability to work on-site practitioners and inter-departmental cooperation is very important in the competitive service of the actual tourist hotels. Third, the adoption of the strategic leadership of the chief executive and middle managers for the management of conflict and division selfishness vision was goals, job clarity, cooperation, conflict management, compensation, as important. Strategic leadership to the rapidly changing external and internal environment through the organization's long-term goal is to achieve a positive response and the current corporate structure of the organization, members of the system, the appropriate response for the entire organization and effort by sharing enterprise-wide approach should be done. Tourist Hotel interdepartmental strategic leadership 'clarification' of the work area, competition and cooperation so that it can be performed at the same time. Tourist hotel for the final consumer, customer service, where accuracy, speed reliability is very important factor to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Eventually, a very large impact on the customer service is considered.
