메디컬스킨케어가 중년여성의 행복감에 미치는 영향 = (The) effects of medical skin care on the happiness of middle-aged women

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 메디컬스킨케어 시술 참여가 그들의 행복감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아 이 연구로 메디컬스킨케어의 시술동기와 외모에 대한 욕구와의 관련성을 밝히고, 조사대상자의 특성, 피부상태 및 이용실태에 따른 행복감을 알아본 것이며 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 메디컬스킨케어 시술동기를 분석한 결과 비교적 안정된 전문직 직종의 가계소득이 높고, 지성피부이면서 피부만족도가 높을수록 메디컬스킨케어 시술동기가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 외모에 관한 욕구를 분석한 결과 연령과 학력이 높은 사무직으로 월평균소득이 높고 지성피부이면서 피부만족도가 나쁠수록 시술 장소를 여러 곳으로 정하여 시술하고 있으며 외모에 관한 욕구가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 메디컬스킨케어 만족도를 분석한 결과 중년여성 중 나이가 많고 서비스직에 종사하며 월평균소득이 높고 지성피부인 사람으로, 시술비용이 저렴할수록 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 메디컬스킨케어에 대한 행복감 중 만족감을 분석한 결과 나이가 많고 학력과 소득이 높고 배우자가 있을 경우 만족감이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
흥미감을 분석한 결과는 연령이 높고 전문직에 있으며 비교적 시술비용이 높을수록 흥미감이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
행운감을 분석한 결과는 학력이 높고 배우자가 있으며 월 평균 가계소득은 높으나 피부만족도는 보통인 중년여성이 행운감이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
우울감을 분석한 결과는 연령이 높고 전문직에 종사하며 비교적 월 평균 가계소득이 높으면서 피부만족도가 보통인 중년여성의 우울감이 낮은 것으로 나타났다.
불운감을 분석한 결과는 연령이 높고, 학력은 낮으나 월 평균 가계소득이 높을수록 불운감이 낮은 것으로 나타났다.
행복감에 영향을 미치는 직접효과는 시술동기, 외모에 관한 욕구, 만족도가 유의하였고. 행복감에 영향을 미치는 간접효과는 시술동기, 외모에 관한 욕구가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examines effects of medical skin care on the participants' happiness. To demonstrate this, the reason for conducting medical skin care and the desire for the appearance, and the characteristics, skin types, and the happiness of participants are examined. The results are as follows.
First, the study shows that participants with higher income, specialized jobs, oily-typed skin, and higher satisfaction on their skins show much higher desire for the medical skin care.
Second, the analysis of desire for the appearance shows that the participants with higher age, higher educational background, higher income, oily-typed skin, and low satisfactions on their skins shift several different skin care clinics and have higher interests in their appearances.
Third, the satisfaction on the medical skin care shows that participants with higher ages, service jobs, higher incomes, and oily-typed skin demonstrates higher satisfaction on the medical skin care. Also, the lower expense results higher satisfaction.
Forth, this study examines five different types of happiness of middle-aged women; satisfaction, interests, luckiness, depression, and unfortunateness. In terms of satisfaction, higher age, higher income, and the existence of spouse result in higher satisfaction. As for the interest, higher age, specialized-jobs, relatively higher expense for the medical skin care lead to higher interests. The analysis of luckiness shows that participants with higher education, a spouse, higher income, and average satisfaction on their skins demonstrates luckiness on their skin care. In terms of depression, the study shows that those with higher age, specialized jobs, higher income. and average satisfaction on their skins have lower depression. As for the unfortunates, participants with higher age, little education background, but higher income feel less unfortunate.
The result shows that of the direct effects on happiness of middle-aged women, reasons for medical skin care, the desire for the appearance, and the satisfaction are significant, and of the indirect effects on happiness of middle-aged women, reasons for medical skin care, the desire of the appearance are significant.
