고등학생이 지각하는 가족체계와 진로태도성숙의 관계 : 자아분화의 매개효과

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of self-differentiation in the relationship between family system and career attitude maturity of high school students. The participants of this study included 297 high school students in Gyeonnam-do, Changwon(Male 160, Female 137). For data analysis, the use of correlational analysis, a regression analysis.
Firstly, through the result of on relationship among gender, family system, family system and the maturity of career attitude, the relationship among gender and the maturity of career attitude, family system and self-differentiation, and family system and the maturity of career attitude had a positive meaning.
Secondly, the result of verifying the mediating effect of self-differentiation which concerns the effect to the maturity of career attitude showed that the family system that distributes gender to control variables showed total mediating of family system in the relationship of the maturity of career attitude.
