대학 학생상담센터의 위기관리향상을 위한 전략적 방안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 위기에 처한 대학생들에 대한 대학 학생상담센터의 위기관리 실태조사를 통해 보다 실질적이고 효율적인 위기관리 향상전략을 제안하기 위해 시행되었다. 우리나라 대학의 학생상담센터의 위기관리 실상을 파악하기 위해 수도권을 포함한 경기지역 일부 대학들(대학교와 전문대학교 포함)의 학생상담센터(혹은 학생생활연구소)운영 현황 및 재학생 위기관리 시스템의 운영 여부를 조사하였다. 이를 위해 각 대학의 학생상담센터에서 다년간의 상담경력이 있는 상담사를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과를 근거로 하여 대학교와 전문대학과의 학생상담센터 운영현황 비교분석을 실시하였다. 그리하여, 대학 학생상담센터의 통합적 위기관리 시스템 구축제안 하였다. 그 통합적 위기관리 시스템은 5가지의 전략 방안들로 구성되어 있다. 즉, 전문상담사 증원 배치를 통한 학생상담센터의 전문성 강화, 대학 구성원 대상으로 위기관리시스템에 대한 홍보와 교육, 대학 위기관리 시스템의 구축, 대학외부기관과 병원 및 보건소와의 협력과 지자체와 정부의 행·재정적 지원 등이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to suggest the strategic plan of improving crisis management of student counseling centers in Universities and Colleges. In order to find out the status of the crisis management of student counseling centers in Universities and Colleges the survey was conducted to the experienced counselors working at some student counseling centers in Universities and Colleges located in capital area & Gyeonggi-do area. Based on the findings acquired from the analysis of the results of the survey the comprehensive crisis management system of student counseling centers was suggested. It was composed of 5 strategic plans which were enforcement of professionality of campus student counseling centers by augmenting more professional counselors, advertising and education on the crisis management system to campus personnel(student, officer & teachers, etc.), establishment of crisis management system of campus, cooperation with off-campus foundations, hospital and local health centers, and administrative and financial support from local & national government.
