    본 연구는 미용사(피부, 일반)취업준비자를 대상으로 에스테르계 아로마를 이용한 경락과 MLD가 취업 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 시행되었다. 이를 위해 경기도 부천 N뷰티아카데미에서 교육중인 20∼30대 20명을 선정한 후 A그룹(미용사피부 경락) 5명, B그룹(미용사피부 MLD) 5명, C그룹(미용사일반 경락) 5명, D그룹(미용사일반 MLD) 5명을2012년 7월 1일부터 2012년 7월 29일까지 29일간 주 2회씩 5주 동안 총 10회를 시행하였다.
    설문지를 통하여 신체적·심리적 스트레스, 건강상태, 취업 스트레스 및 실험 후 만족도를 조사하였고, 생리학적 검사롤 통하여 기초혈액(RBC, WBC, Hb, HCT, PLT), 스트레스호르몬(Epinephrine, Norepinephrine, Cotisol), 젖산(Lactic acid), 신장기능(BUN, Creatinine)의 변화를 연구하였으며, 생체정보측정기를 통하여 생체에너지(Aura)의 활력도와 안정도 수치 변화를 연구하였다.
    설문조사를 분석한 결과 C그룹에서 신체적 스트레스와 건강상태가 호전되었으며, 취업 스트레스 중 미래계획 스트레스는 C그룹에서 호전되었고, 신체, 정서, 성격 스트레스는 D그룹에서 호전되어 미용사(일반) 그룹의 신체적 스트레스와 건강상태 및 취업 스트레스가 완화 된 것으로 나타났다.
    생리학적 검사를 통한 연구 결과는 기초혈액 중 RBC와 HCT는 D그룹, WBC는 B그룹에서 유의미하게 높아진 것으로 나타났으며(p<.05), 스트레스호르몬 중 Epinephrine은 C그룹, Norepinephrine은 B그룹, Cotisol은 C, D그룹에서 유의미하게 낮아진 것으로 나타났다(p<.05).
    생체정보측정기를 통한 생체에너지(Aura)변화는 A, B, C, D그룹 전체 유의미하게 나타났다(p<.01). 활력도 수치는 낮아지고 안정도 수치는 높아져 교감신경은 낮아지고 부교감신경은 높아진 것으로 나타나 즉각적인 스트레스 완화에 효과적이었다.
    실험 후 만족도는 B, C, D그룹의 만족도가 높아진 것으로 나타났다(p<.01).
    이와 같이 에스테르계 아로마를 이용한 경락과 MLD횟수가 증가할수록 신체적 스트레스와 건강상태 호전 및 취업 스트레스의 완화 효과를 알 수 있었으며, 생리학적 검사를 통해 기초혈액(RBC, WBC, HCT)의 증가와 스트레스호르몬(Epinephrine, Norepinephrine, Cotisol)의 감소로 혈액순환 및 면역력 강화와 스트레스 완화 효과를 알 수 있었고, 생체에너지(Aura)의 활력도와 안정도의 수치변화로 자율신경계의 안정화 및 심리적인 안정감이 나타났다.
    이에 본 연구를 확대하여 취업 스트레스에 관한 후속 연구와 취업 스트레스 완화 효과를 입증할 세분화된 방법과 정확하고 편리한 기기의 지속적인 연구 개발이 필요하다. 또한, 향후 다양한 관리 프로그램이 개발되어 취업 스트레스 완화에 효과적으로 적용되기를 기대한다.

    This paper aimed to identify the impacts of the acupuncture using aroma in esters and MLD on job seeking stress of job seekers as beauticians(skin and general). To this end, 20 job seekers in 20s and 30s who had been studying in N beauty academy in Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do, were selected and divided into 4 groups, 5 subjects for each group: Group A(skin beautician meridian massage therapy); Group B(skin beautician MLD); Group C(general beautician meridian massage therapy); Group D (general beautician MLD). 10 tests were conducted for 5 weeks, twice a week, from July 1 to July 29, 2012. Physical and mental stress, health status, job seeking stress and satisfaction after test were investigated using questionnaires. Change of basal blood(RBC, WBC, Hb, HCT, PLT), stress hormone(Epinephrine, Norepinephrine, Cotisol), lactic acid, and kidney function(BUN, Creatinine) was examined through physiological test. Vitality and stability value change of bioenergy(Aura) was investigated using biometrics. In accordance with the survey analysis, Group C showed significant improvement in physical stress and health status. Stress from future planning among job seeking stress was improved in Group C and physical, emotional and characteristic stress were significantly improved in Group D. It suggested that physical stress and job seeking stress were relieved and health status was improved in beautician(general) groups. The physiological test indicated the significant increase of RBC and HCT in Group D and WBC in Group B(p<.05). Epinephrine in stress hormones significantly dropped in Group C, Norepinephrine in Group B and Costisol in Group C and D(p<.05). The biometrics test showed the significant change of bioenergy(Aura) in all groups(p<.01). The vitality value and sympathetic nerve dropped and stability value ad parasympathetic nerve went up. It was effective to instantly relieve stress. Satisfaction after the test was increased in Group B, C and D(p<.01). The more the number of meridian massage therapy and MLD using aroma in esters increased, the more the physical stress and job seeking stress were relieved and health status was improved. Physiological test demonstrated the increase of basal blood(RBC, WBC, HCT), reduction of stress hormone(Epinephrine, Norepinephrine, Cotisol), enhancement of blood circulation and immunity, and relief of stress. The change of bioenergy(Aura) vitality and stability showed the stability of autonomic nervous system and mental stability.
    In conclusion, further research on job seeking stress needs to continuously investigate and develop accurate and convenient devices and the detailed methods to prove the effects to relieve job seeking stress. In addition, a variety of management programs needs to be developed and effectively applied to relieve job seeking stress.
