대학무용교육에서 융합교육의 필요성

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학무용교육에서 융합교육의 필요성을 연구함으로써, 대학무용(학)과의 교육 방향성 및 발전방안을 제시함으로 교육목표와 교과과정이 개선되어 무용전공생들의 다양한 사회활동분야로의 진출을 도모하고자 한다. 나아가 무용융합교육을 통해 각 대학마다 특수성과 차별화를 이루어 무용예술계의 발전을 도모함에 그 목적이 있다.
무용예술계에 다양한 무용 전문가가 양성되기 위해서는 대학무용교육에서 융합교육이 필요하다 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 대학무용(학)과(한양대학교, 세종대학교, 공주대학교, 조선대학교, 숙명여자대학교)를 선정하여 교육목표와 교과과정을 분석, 무용공연에서 나타난 융합사례와 국내외 대학무용교육에서 나타난 융합교육의 사례를 분석하였다.
본 연구를 통해 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 대학무용(학)과는 소속대학별 특성을 고려한 교육목표와 구체적인 교육목표를 가져야 한다.
둘째, 대학무용(학)과의 교과과정은 실기위주교육에서 벗어나 전공실기 이외의 무용과 관련된 다양한 분야와의 융합교육이 이루어져야 하며, 학생들의 무용관련 직업 선택 및 무용관련 분야로의 진출을 확대시켜야 한다.
셋째, 무용과 영상, 음악, 조명, 건축, 연극을 통한 융합공연이 활성화가 되었듯이 이런 시대의 흐름에 따라 대학무용교육에서도 무용과 융합을 이룰 수 있는 분야의 교육이 이루어져야 한다.
넷째, 국내외 융합교육을 시행하고 있는 대학무용교육처럼 국내 대학도 각각 대학만의 특수성 및 차별성을 가져야 한다.
따라서 대학무용교육에서 융합교육의 필요성을 통해 다른 학문과의 상호적 소통, 창의적 능력을 갖춘 인재양성, 무용인재들이 다양한 분야로 진출할 수 있는 다양한 직업 창출을 기대해보고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to enhance the educational objectives and curriculums of dance studies and help college graduates majoring dancing to find better presences in a variety of fields through studying the importance of convergence education in college dance education and suggesting the educational orientations and development plans of dance studies.
Convergence education is clearly required to educate college students to become a variety of dance experts. Therefore, several dance departments of local colleges (Hanyang University, Sejong University, Kongju National University, Chosun University, and Sookmyung Women's University) were specified to analyze their educational objectives and curriculums, aiming to study the convergence cases in dance performances and domestic and overseas convergence cases in college dance education.
This study resulted in the following conclusions.
First, the departments of dance are required to develop specific educational objectives in line with the features of respective colleges.
Second, the dance study curriculums must embrace interdisciplinary education related to dancing other than dance practice rather than focusing on practices in order to help students find dance-related jobs and forge into the dance-related industries.
Third, the college dance education needs to embrace more convergence fields as convergence performances of dance, visual image, music, lighting, architecture, and play have recently gained popularity.
Fourth, local colleges should secure their own distinctive characteristics and uniqueness like the college dance education pursuing international convergence education.
Therefore, the college dance education is required to embrace more convergence approach to expand interdisciplinary communications, develop creative talents, and help dance professionals tap into a wide variety of fields.
