초등학교 영재교육에 관한 학부모의 인식 연구 = Student's Parents Realization Study about Primary School Education for the Gifted

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대와 미래는 정보화, 다양화, 개성화의 시대입니다. 로켓, 컴퓨터, 생명공학 등 첨단 과학기술이 하루가 다르게 고도화, 집약화 되면서 새로운 아이디어의 창출이 절실히 필요하게 되었다.
이런 상황에서 대중교육, 평준화교육 및 그릇된 교육의 기회 균등이념에 밀려 고급 두뇌 자원의 개발을 소홀히 하고 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 학생들의 능력이나 소질에서의 개인차 현상을 인정하고, 영재교육의 수월성을 적극적으로 추구해야 할 것이다.
이에 본 연구는 영재교육의 선행 연구를 토대로 연구자가 초등학교 1학년을 지도해 오면서 영재교육의 필요성을 실감하고, 경험에 의해 축적된 자료와 동료 교사 및 영재교육 전문가 등에 기초하여 설문지를 작성하였다.
Y시에 위치한 U초등학교에서 학부모 55명을 설문 대상으로 선정하였고, 수집된 모든 자료를 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 운용하여 평균치(M)와 표준편차(SD)를 계산하여 기술 통계 처리하였으며, 0.05 수준에서 유의도를 실시하였다. 통계 처리된 문항별로 결과를 분석한 후 문제점이 나타난 것은 영재교육의 개선 방안 자료로 활용 하였으며, 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 영재교육에 대한 학부모 홍보를 적극적으로 실시하여 많은 학생에게 교육받을 기회를 제공하고, 특기와 적성에 따른 개인별 맞춤형 영재교육을 실시해야 한다.
둘째, 영재의 잠재된 재능 및 특기와 적성을 계발할 수 있는 교사가 학교 또는 학급 단위의 교육을 실시하고, 영재 스스로 가치를 창출하며, 미래를 개척하는 최첨단 교육 환경이 조성되어야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Present age and future are information, diversification, age of individualization. Height as rocket, computer, vanguard technic such as life science differs a day, creation of new idea was urgently need being integrated.
Saying too much is not even though is neglecting development of high-quality brain resource being pushed in opportunity equality ideology of mass education, equalization education and wrong education in this circumstance.
Will have to recognize individual variation present state in ability of students or talent, and seek several months anger of special education for the gifted actively.
Hereupon, this study is based on data and companion teacher and special education for the gifted expert etc. who investigator realizes necessity of special education for the gifted as coaches first-year student in primary school, and is accumulated by experience on the basis of virtue study of special education for the gifted and made questionnaire.
Chose 55 students' parentses for question target at Y city situated U primary school, and all collected datas handled descriptive statistics because calculates mean value(M) and standard deviation(SD) operating SPSS 12.0 program, and enforced in 0.05 levels .
Statistics that problem appears after analyze result by processed item utilized to improvement plan data of special education for the gifted, and result of this study is as following.
First, must executes students' parents public information about special education for the gifted actively and offers an opportunity to be educated to many students, and executes order style special education for the gifted by individual by special ability and aptitude.
Second, teacher who can develop brilliant intellect's dormant talent and special ability and aptitude executes education of school or class Unit, and creates value by brilliant intellect, and up-to-dateness learning environment that reclaim the future should be formed.
